pro (MS Pro) to be a comprehensive
tracking and communications solution for
your fleet of vehicles. As well as all the
functionality of the Masternaut tracking
system; a driver essential such as sat-nav
and built-in phone enables you to make
savings straight away. Everything is ready
to go in one simple installation, taking
away the downtime and hassle of having
several pieces of kit installed.
Software and mapping upgrades are easy
to manage, so there is no requirement to
take your vehicles out of service to take
advantage of new applications, features
and updates.

The MS Pro is suitable for companies with
mobile workers in all industries including;
field sales representatives, service
engineers and delivery drivers.
Job scheduling
When your business relies on most of
your team being out on the road, success
depends on your ability to operate
efficiently and communicating with your
workforce is key to that.
Using Masternaut’s Connect platform you
can schedule and manage jobs, sending
them instantly to your mobile workers.
Drivers can respond using pre-defined
answers in drop down menus or free text.
Real-time information and updates from
your drivers keep you informed of status
as the jobs progress. When a job is
dispatched to an MS Pro device, the
location information is automatically
imported into the sat-nav removing the
need for manual keying.

Integrated phone
The MS Pro can offer the option of a full
hands free phone system built in*, allowing
drivers to dial a range of numbers that
you pre-define in your own corporate
phone book. This allows you to restrict
which numbers are called, discouraging
unnecessary use. Your corporate phone
book can be synchronised over the air
to all your Masternaut MS Pro devices.
Alternatively you can enable unrestricted
calls. For additional safety, you can activate
a feature that prevents use of the phone
whilst the vehicle is moving.

updates
With the MS Pro, it is easy to send
and receive messages to and from
your mobile team out in the field.
Drivers can also send messages back
using the touchscreen. Messages
may also contain information such
as an address, a point of interest or a
phone number which can be used to
automatically dial or navigate.
In addition, status updates allow you
to see whether a driver is free for jobs,
unloading and resting. This can be
configured to suit the needs of your
business.
Driver ID
Each of your drivers log-in with a
unique PIN at the beginning of each
journey. This allows you to keep
accurate records for each driver.
