Discipline in schools is not a fun topic for conversation between teachers, administration, students and parents. Schools should take a positive, personal
approach to discipline and establish a behavior support system. The school's role is to help mold a child into a productive member of society. In this
day and time, it falls on the school and its professionals to teach children how they are expected to behave. Schools and professionals need to have a

For PBIS to work and work well there needs to be a framework that has multiple components and that has a continuum of supports. All students are
supposed to receive behavior support, but those who show that they , need extra help are supposed to be quickly referred to interventions that meet
their specific needs. PBIS is divided into three tiers. All students under the PBIS model receive Universal supports. Universal supports are rules,
routines, and physical arrangements such as in classrooms. They are meant to prevent initial occurrence of inappropriate behaviors. Targeted supports
are intended for students who are not responding to the universal supports. These students may need more focused support, such as a behavior plan or
a social–skills club. Teaching social skills is a must for PBIS to work. When the Universal supports and targeted supports are just not enough,
Individual supports can be put in place. Individual supports area personalized approach that may be necessary for some students who have dangerous
or highly disruptive behaviors. Students at this level are provided with programs tailored to meeting their individual needs and may have a Behavior

When they are doing the unnecessary behaviour during on task activity, I normally go to the child desk and reprimand him/her, or giving them an
authoritative look to remind them that their action is inappropriate. Sometimes I call the child to stay 15 minutes late before sending her home while
informing the parents the reason of him being late in going home. However, in day to day bases, extreme naughtiness of student can't really be avoided
either in educational mainstream or in an inclusive classroom. I apply punishment to students who have done extreme misbehaviour and reward for
those who have done appropriate behaviour. However, handling and disciplining a special child have no difference in setting up rules and discipline.
Considering their culture, and understanding student's individuality, they are also individual who needs respect and more guidance to make their

rooted in gospel values, they strive to educate the students to take their places in the church and the society of the 21st century. The school service
grades Pre–K though Eighth and has 18 teachers that service 212 co–ed students. The question to be researched is: How is disciplined handled with
