Introduction
We provide calibration, validation and technical support service of processing equipment to
Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, Chemical, Food, Cosmetic, Test Laboratories, Health Institutes
and Medical Distributors.
We are committed to assist clients uphold quality control systems, good manufacturing
practice and solid traceability of instrument and production facilities by performing periodic
on site calibration and validation services.
We comply with national and international standards as enforced by the Medical Control
Council, Food and Drug Administration and other relevant bodies.
This guarantees confidence on quality during the production process and to finished
products, thereby eliminating the risk of producing sub standard products.
We maintain quality standards by amongst others, performing calibrations annually with the
National Metrology Institute of South Africa, inter laboratory verification every six month
and by internal verification quarterly, thereby building up good traceability of our standards.
We also verify our instruments on daily basis before living our premises and upon arrival to
client’s site following internal verification protocol, thereby providing full confidence in the
performance of our instruments.
We also propose to clients a variety of rugged and reliable instruments that are integrated
for regulation and monitoring for production and storage purposes.
We adhere to the do it right the first time approach. We also comply with clients’ rules and
regulations at all times. We ensure that calibration certificates and reports must be true at
all times and that all faulty instruments should be reported to clients immediately.

Record keeping
We shall keep records of all calibrations and advise clients in advance when their equipment
is due for periodic calibration. Information for equipments shall be kept by type,
manufactures name, model, serial number, and identification. We will keep copies
certificates and reports for a period of ten years.
