Woolly Pig Concepts is a Hong Kong-based restaurant group established in 2010 that operates several unique dining concepts across the city. It was founded by Chris Woodyard, an Australian chef with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK and top restaurants in Sydney and Hong Kong. Woolly Pig Concepts' flagship restaurant is Madam Sixty Ate in Wan Chai, which is known for its original take on cuisine and creative pairings of ingredients. The group has since expanded to include other concepts focusing on modern European and Latin cuisines, as well as a new European bistro located at Elements in Kowloon West.
2. Woolly Pig Concepts
Established since 2010, Woolly Pig Concepts was created for the love of food.
Always looking for a challenge its first restaurant was established in Wan Chai, Ship Street.
Located on the 1st floor, Madam Sixty ate was a unique destination of excellent cuisine and
an intimate space. Woolly Pig Concepts has open and managed 3 exciting concepts in the
city, modern European, modern Latin and now its newest european bistro located at Elements
roof deck, Kowloon West.
3. Chris Woodyard began his culinary ambitions in some of the world’s most elite kitchens.
Australian-born, Mr Woodyard began his career as a chef in the UK, working for a series
of high end dining destinations such as Michelin-starred Northcote Manor in Lancashire,
England and has represented world-renowned chefs such as Marco Pierre White.
Moving back to Sydney, Mr Woodyard worked with the top 3 Star restaurant in the positon as
sous chef, however he quickly wanted to own his establishment and in the first year of opening
earned one chef’s hat ((equivalent to one Michelin star) from the Sydney Morning Herald
Good Food Guide. He was also listed as one of the ten best chefs to watch in 2004.
After working with his own restaurant for 5 years, he sold and moved into a consulting role for
Drinx Pty Ltd with 3 different establishments and over 10 menus in total.
With the ambition to move to Asia, Mr Woodyard secured the chef de cuisine role to open
the fine dining restaurant at W Hotel, Hong Kong for the opening years. He was quickly
promoted to Culinary Director after 6 months.

Madam Sixty Ate is the flagship Restauarnt of the Woolly Pig Concepts Group.
Based upon a mythical person that reflected the chef’s vision and the surprise
pairing of ingredients

It is a popular functions and wedding venue for its orignial take on cuisine and
attention to details for the Corporate market.

9. Madam S’ate
MTR corporation sought out Madam Sixty Ate to debut into their ‘luxury mall’ of Elements.
The tenancy was based on invitation only basis amongst civic square, on top of a 3 storey mall and within
the shadow of the ICC, Ritz Carton, W Hotel & 24 residential towers
50 Seater french inspired all day dining serving , coffee, lunch, dinner & wine.
The space encompasses outdoor and indoor dining, as well as the bar at the front of the premise.
