letting agent or a private
landlord decide whether a
tenant is suitable to move
into the property.
6. If you've been asked to bring in documents for
tenant referencing at Glocal Residential, we
require you to bring the following:
• Proof of Identification (Valid Passport or Driving
Licence) - Passport is preferred
• Proof of Current Address, e.g.: Utility Bill or
Council Tax
• Proof of Current Bank Account, e.g.: Bank
Statement
• Employers Reference
7. If you're a student however, you must provide
the following:
•Proof of Identification (Valid Passport or Driving
Licence) - Passport is preferred
•Proof of Current Address, e.g.: Utility Bill or
Council Tax
•Proof of Current Bank Account, e.g.: Bank

•School/University Letter confirming you're a full-
