OVERVIEW
• The beginning of the second quarter of 2022 is very vital because it marks the 1st
phase of the official commissioning of Afrochine.
• New plans and innovative strategies are now in place to make the ceremony
remarkable.
• The core value is to make this event significant through broadcasting it on our social
media outreach.
• This outreach will further promote good publicity for Afrochine as it conveys a
positive development done by the company here in Zimbabwe.
• We are a mass media and quiet a number of people can access our social media
platforms. This will therefore wipe out negative perceptions labeled against the
Chinese diplomates in Zimbabwe.
PURPOSE
• The focal point is to create good publicity for Afrochen.
• Another pivotal point is to create harmonious relations between Afrochen and
various stakeholders of concern.
• Also our purpose is to lessen negative perceptions that are labeled against Chinese
diplomats.
•
KEY OBJECTIVES
• To create a positive image for Afrochen (Zimbabwe).
• To safeguard a good name for the company.
• To familiarize and promote Afrochen (inorder to encourage repeated purchases for
Afrochen’s products.
• Liaising with various stakeholders and building strong bonds.
• To create a positive media coverage for Afrochen that is appealing and alluring to
Zimbabwean people.

• Giveaways (flash drives, brochures, Magazines).
• Writing a speech (statement speech)
• Special edition (editorial).
• Video.
• Photography Services.
• Backdrop banner.
• Teardrop banner.
• Notebooks and Pens.
• Branding.
RESOURCES AND BUDGET
• The official commissioning of Afrochen Zimbabwe will require fundamental
resources to make it a success.
• There will be need for sponsorship for things to go well
• Below is the proposed budget for the resources needed
