I hereby confirm that Dr. Brenton P. Harvey has been my TCM doctor for the past
six years since October 2009 to May 2015.
Dr. Harvey is a true caretaker and take his patients needs very seriously. His
abilities and skills as an acupuncturist and herbalist is unique.
After arriving Shanghai in 2009 for studies I found myself hitting a wall. The
motivation to get up in the morning to attend classes was gone and finishing up the
semester was a difficult task. I meet Dr. Harvey about mid way through the
semester, he advised me herbal TCM treatment and after a few weeks several of
my symptoms had decreased in strength and I was able to finish the semester. Dr.
Harvey continued to be my one preferred TCM doctor in Shanghai where he
helped me through several heavy periods of different colds, flus etc. All in the
same time while he worked on my chronic situation of fatigue, sleep complications,
back and neck problems.
Meeting Dr. Harvey has truly changed my life and my view of illness of the human
body. Because of his genuine interest and care Dr. Harvey brought me my life
back. Today I’m able to live a normal life where I can keep a steady job and
maintain my personal relationships.
I am sure his Shanghai exit was a huge disappointment to many of his regular
patients as it was for me. Here again stand his care for his patients as he was
offering to prepare longterm herbal works before his departure. Dr. Harvey also
went out off his way to find a Dr. which could take on his patients after he left.
Furthermore as a person highly interested in TCM Dr. Harvey gladly shares his
knowledge of TCM to people in his surroundings. As a regular patient of his
service he shared TCM wisdom which I acquired and over the years built up a
solid knowledge base of TCM.
I would highly recommend Dr. Harveys services to anyone looking for a TCM
doctor.
