 Director and senior military leader of a classified $150M Special Program that provides programmatic,
operational and personnel oversight for 14 Government Civilians, 120 contractors and a 23K sqft special
compartmented information facility (SCIF).
 Daily and direct interaction with the customer – the Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) and other
Special Mission Units. Transformed the program into the key enabler in the USSOCOM CWMD Global
Enterprise.
Commanding Officer, Center for Explosive Ordnance and Diving
(Jun 2009 – Nov 2013) Panama City, FL
 Managed the agile and adaptive high-risk training to all military services, countries, and government entities to
improve Navy and Joint Force operational readiness, training over 3600 Explosive Ordnance technicians and divers
annually
 Led his organization to the front, earning distinction as the U.S. Navy’s “top” Learning Center in 2013.
Director, Counterterrorism to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low Intensity Conflict

 Coordinated with the Joint Staff, Special Operations Directorate, the Joint Staff Regional Offices, the State
Department CT Office, the National Counterterrorism Center, and National Security Council in developing

Advisor for Counterterrorism regarding USSOCOM Weapons of Mass Destruction response capabilities.

 Commanded the Navy’s largest EOD Command, earning the prestigious Battle “E” as the #1 Command in the
community.

Infantry Division where he commanded a Joint Force in Iraq of over 180 Multi
National Division-North EOD forces composed of Army, Navy, and Air Force EOD Companies.
 Highly commended and awarded a Bronze Star for his performance and leadership under combat conditions.
