NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Worked successfully on a litigation team for a claim involving the catastrophic failure of a $70
million wine bottle manufacturing plant in Washington State; including overseeing discovery of 2.5
million pages of documents in a relativity database and hard copy review, preparing for over 50 national
depositions, and preparing for a six week arbitration.
Contributed to winning Ninth Circuit appellate brief and oral arguments on the issue of front pay
awards in an OFLA/FMLA case.
Worked cooperatively with the Multnomah County District Attorney’s office on behalf of a
corporate client in the investigation, trial and restitution of over $150,000 fraud and theft matter from a
former employee and third party.
Successfully represented the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office and deputies as first chair in court-
annexed arbitration proceeding concerning claims of excessive use of force and negligence.
