Position: Service Engineer/Technical Support
Designing, installing and supporting Energy Management Control Systems for a number of major
manufacturing/production companies worldwidesuch so as they can achieveISO 50001 Standards.
 Liaising between customer and software development team to satisfy customer software
requests/issues,by phone, email,WebEx or remote access usingTeamViewer.

contacting customers to offer support and product training and information on new software

usage information and programming these devices to send information to our cloud system in real

 Troubleshooting issues in the workshop, wiring Sub-meters & Data loggers to various power supplies
and circuit breakers, testing network connections using HyperTerminal and installing software on
devices usingMCMD.
 Develop and maintain technical data and customer information usingSQL Server Management Studio

 Leading the Automated Reports Team to develop and programme advanced automated excel reports
using Visual Basic to run from our system extracting data from cloud system and displaying it in a

 Training new customers how to use the energy management software effectively via Webex or On-
sitePresentations.
 Setup, manage and deal with issues involving customer accounts and reports in the EFT Energy Cloud
