2. 1. Conditions : All those provisions which are required by
the provisions of the Companies Act to be stated in the
memorandum of a company are deemed to be ‘conditions’.
2. Other Provisions : The provisions which are included
in the memorandum by the choice of a promoters or
directors of the company are known as ‘other provisions’.
