Then, write a short essay addressing the following questions:
Rank the four competitive priorities in order of importance to Nissan (as you perceive
them) as they begin to sell electric cars. Explain the relevance of each priority to
Nissan’s operational strategy; please write one paragraph for each priority. Then describe
any trade-offs among these priorities and how Nissan managed them.
Please note that an essay is composed of well written paragraphs, not simply of bullet
points. Feel free to draw from and cite other sources, besides the given links; for instance,
you can do a search on the company. However, maintain focus on the specific questions
asked. [6 points]
