DCAAS offers on-demand documentation control services for organizations that need documentation processed but do not have a full-time document controller. Key services include setting up a distribution matrix and document numbering system, processing incoming documentation within 8 business hours through quality checks, indexing, filing and routing, and providing on-call support. Documentation is handled virtually through the client's existing structure or a hosted environment. Training is provided at the end of 6-month or 1-year contracts to allow the client to take over document control functions.

What DCAAS entails:
• In depth initial set up with our clients
o Completion of a Distribution Matrix
o Establish EPC contacts and rules of conduct
o Includes a one hour meeting with each EPC
o Review of client procedures (if none, dms360 will follow CDDMAC Standards

• Remote access to client’s existing structure OR dms360 provides a hosted environment
• Use of existing client nomenclature OR option to have new numbering structure developed
• Use of existing client folder structure OR option to have new structure developed
• Use of pre-designed forms and templates OR use of existing client forms and templates:

o Index
o Squad Check Form
o Distribution Matrix
• Free upgrade of client’s existing forms and templates:
o Transmittal

• On-demand services during work hours (8am to 5pm) in half hour increments
• On call services (5pm to 10pm) Mon to Sun
• Full processing of incoming EPC documentation
o Quality checks
o Indexing
o Filing
o Appropriate routing

• 8 business hour turn around on documentation processing
• Documentation numbering management
• 1 business hour turnaround on assigning numbers
• Option to include documentation created within client office
• Facility Data Book creation, EPC supervision, or updates (as required)
• All EPC submissions are routed through virtual DC Department
• Full hand over of files, forms, and index at contract completion. Includes 3 hours training client
