Cooperation NTS-Group and S.C.T. Industries signed during China
State Visit of King Willem Alexander
Increasing demand for local design engineering capabilities in China
NTS Mechatronics Shanghai, a subsidiary of NTS-Group with its headquarters in Eindhoven
(NL), is serving global and local high-tech customers with assembly and testing of
mechatronic modules. High-tech companies which have their main offices in Europe and/or
USA increasingly ask for design engineering capabilities in China to re-engineer their
machines to local standards and to build prototypes locally in China.
S.C.T. Industries is an experienced sourcing company with engineering capabilities and a
CNC-machining factory in Shanghai. During the state visit of his Royal Highness, King
Willem Alexander of the Netherlands to China, both companies signed an agreement in order
to meet the demand of their global and local customers. They will set up a combined team of
local design engineers to work on the re-engineering and upgrading projects of their clients.
Cooperation enables further growth
This cooperation provides a sound basis for further growth of both companies. Marc

Bas Kreukniet, VP China of NTS-Group and Dennis Chen are the first contact persons and
are responsible for the execution of the cooperation.
The engineering team will cooperate closely with experienced, international engineers of
NTS-Group and other partners. Both companies look forward to this cooperation and see
opportunities to attract new customers and projects.
