among Rutgers University
students residing in residence
halls on campus.
• On college campuses across
the country, students are
engages in risky drinking
behaviors.
• Each year 1,825 college
students die from alcohol-
related unintentional injuries.
• 696,000 students are assaulted
by another student who is
under the influence.
• 97,000 students have reported
experiencing alcohol-related
sexual assault or date rape.
• Research on effective passive
messaging techniques.
• Promotion of the passage
messaging campaign to
residence life coordinators.

though distribution of
educational reading materials.

• RA Toolkits were developed
