services. Our services are designed to make
comfortable living arrangement and provide medical
services. Because we all know that older adults

6. Our Method of Services
One of our professional staff will meet with
any of the following: family member, a doctor,
lawyer, or who ever is in charge of the patient.
He or she will review the patient's condition
and types of services needed, then discuss our
fee for service.

7. Medical Crew Plus Private Care is available to
our clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our services are often covered by Ameri
Group, Ameri Choice, Medicaid, Medicare
Waiver and Options, long-term care insurance,
as well as on a private pay basis. We will gladly
work with insurance providers to see if the
requested services are covered.

Our registered physical therapists work with our
patients to restore their mobility with treatment that
includes strengthening exercises, transfer techniques,
home exercise programs, and assistance with the use
of walker, cane and crutches.

Our occupational therapists assist our patients with
functional handicaps such as paralysis or loss of
limb, relearn tasks including eating, cooking,
bathing and simple housekeeping.

evaluate and treat voice and language disorders, as
well as difficulties in swallowing.

Our personal care services does not need a physician's order
and may include but are not limited to:
Assistance with nutrition and diet activities such as shopping and
meal preparation;
Performance of household services such as changing bed linens,
making beds, washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen, dusting and
vacuuming rooms, shopping for essential supplies;
Assistance with basic personal care such as bathing, grooming,
bathroom and/or bedpan routines, walking, transferring from bed
to chair or wheelchair; and
Assistance with self-administration of medications.
Complete or arrange for completion an assessment.
37. If we cannot meet your needs or your home
environment will not support our services,
we will not admit you or will not continue to
provide services to you.
