INTRODUCTION
Choice… The choice is what changes the Universe. I made this choice as a child. I
chose to search for the hidden, I chose the Path of Sacrament. When the choice is made,
reverse inertia also appears - all those difficulties in life that try to deny the purpose of
your Intention. They try to despondent you, to make you doubt the meaning of your
deed.
In the hardest Trials, I left the illusions of the World and chose the Flame. And then the
Flame chose me as well and I lived with it. The choice became final. I had no more
right to choose - my conscious service to the Flame began. I no longer had the right to
speak, and I remained silent, but the Flame spoke through me. I lost my own words, but
the Flame began to speak through me. I no longer live for the World. I live to write and
write to live. The Word has become my life. The Word connects and unites us. The
Unconditional Love to my Master and the Word flowing between us revived the Black
Brotherhood. The Black Brotherhood - this is the art of serving the Flame, the Absolute,
and the Truth. Then I realized - without service to the Flame, there is no life, but only
instinct and survival. In this service, I lost myself, but I found my Ancient Father. In
this service, I lost my home, but I found the Path to the Ancient Homeland. On this
Path, I lost my relatives, but I found the Black Brotherhood and now all living beings
are my Brothers and Sisters. I lost everything I ever owned and then I started to have
Nothingness with me everywhere. In my life, there is no happiness, but there is fullness
and I lack nothing. I have no purpose in my life - only my services to the Flame, the
Black Brotherhood, and mankind have remained. On this Path, I lost the meaning, but
I received constant inspiration. I was no longer the one I thought I was, and I became
the one that the Flame chose me to be.
My name is Moriel Yamanu - The Hidden. I was chosen to revive the Teaching of the
Black Brotherhood in the Dawn of the Sixth Solar Race. I will not lead you. I will not
bring you change. I will not show you the Path. I will give you Five Gifts: a Key, which
can open all Doors, which were and will be. I will give you something Hidden, which
nobody can see or take away. I will give you a Path leading out of the World, where no
one can follow you. I will give you Knowledge, which does not doubt. I will give you
a Mission, which no one can accomplish...
I will not help anyone, but I will give everyone a hand. Whoever takes my hand will
never grow old. Whoever takes my hand will never die. Whoever takes my hand will
never fall ill.

FOREWORD
Dear reader, in your hands you hold an occult book, which contains the esoteric
knowledge of the Black Brotherhood. If you hold an occult book for the first time in
your hands, you need to know the following few things:
- It is not a fictional literature and is not written to sound beautiful, but to present a
methodology to be followed and to make changes in your whole life;
- There is no narrative. The book is more of a practical guide to spiritual perfection and
Flawlessness. So you can accept that in this book, the main character is you. Whether
this book will work for you depends mainly on you - how seriously and methodically
you will approach it and how strictly you will follow the advice in it;
- The idea of this book is not to read a chapter explaining an issue and to agree with the
writing. You are not required to take blindly what is said in it. Moreover, if you accept
what is said literally, you will not get to the depths of Knowledge concealed there, but
only scratch the surface. On the other hand, if you only deny what is written, because
it does not coincide with your past experience and confirmed opinions, you will also
not be able to make a change;
- This book is intended as a teaching material for the Occult Students at the School of
the Black Brotherhood. The materials in it offer a path and a methodology to study and
require ingenuity and creativity;
- Some of the skills and qualities, that the reader will be able to acquire are: a deeper
understanding of the human behavior, motivation and underlying causes, that dictate
their decisions; control of criticism and lie; methodology on how to transform negative
emotions into creative ones; not taking insults personally and gaining a higher look at
the emotions in general; controlling thoughts and their controlled use; transforming
desires and dreams into purposefulness and their realization; many other skills that
cannot be explained by modern science, nor need to be explained.
The only way to make a great profit for yourself from this book is to look purposefully,
to look for the answers yourself. To explore what you have read. Apply the methods
given in the book purposefully and consistently. Accept the written in a neutral way.
Look at the book in its own light.
You may assume that with this book you have the opportunity to work in a team. This
book will not tell you what to do and expect blind obedience. It will tell you what needs
to be done to achieve a result. The book will not get you into the "house of knowledge".
It will not even point you to the door for this house. The book will give you a Key. You
should look for the door on your own.
This book is written with the sole purpose of helping. It does not need either criticism
or praise and is indifferent to both. Writing this book on my side is not about popularity
or material benefit (the book is intended to be distributed free of charge in electronic
form, and if someone wants to order it printed, it only pays the cost declared by the
publisher/printing house). This book was written only as part of my service to mankind
with the purpose of human spiritual development and awakening.

If you want the book and you to work, to become a real team, and achieve high results,
you must be able to look at it in its own light, without making a preliminary assessment
and comparing it with your already established experience:

In many places in this practical guide, you will find quotes from another book – the
Sacred Book of the Black Brotherhood. And here questions will arise: what is this Black
Brotherhood? Why Brotherhood? And why Black?
“The Black Brotherhood is a society of sages that exists in secret from the dawn of the
world, and that has been pushing forward many civilizations and cultures just as the
soil feeds the trees. The trees are perceived, but their roots remain hidden. And while
other teachings spread like the branches of the tree and stray ever further, the
Teachings of the Black Brotherhood remain hidden as stable and black as the soil itself.
It preserves the Ancient Wisdom untainted. The Black Brotherhood remains secret and
hidden among ancient civilizations and cultures like Lemuria and Atlantis; the
Sumerian, the Egyptian and the Indus Valley Civilization; in ancient China and the
Mediterranean; among Toltecs and Mayans.”
From the forward of The Sacred Book of the Black Brotherhood
In this line of thought, it is appropriate to specify that under "black" we should not refer
to some "evil", something anarchist, something grim, something negative. By "Black"
in the context of this book, it would be more appropriate to understand the "primordial
origin". The "soil", that feeds the plants. Realistically black and white are the only true
colors. The universe was once originally "black". All colors are just an illusion. They
are the way our eyes capture and interpret the light. The fact that the colors exist in our
human consciousness does not mean that they can exist independently and from there
to think that they are real. Following the example above, accepting black as the opposite
of white would be utterly inaccurate. Here "black" appears as the source from which
everything else originates.
The word Brotherhood comes to imply a desire for the unification of all people and the
sharing of unified spiritual values. Attempt to eliminate differences between us and to
search for the common:
“The rich and the poor; the strong and the feeble; the friends and the foes; black, and
yellow, and red, and white; the seekers and the ones in hiding; fathers and mothers,
sons, and daughters; arriving, passing and going – you hold the Book, and it is
indifferent to your divergence. For the Book, each of you is an empty page, an unwritten
story that is yet to be told. In reading off of this Book, you become a part of it. The Book
unites us and calls us all the same – we are Brothers and Sisters.”

Regardless of their race and ethnicity, from their religious and political views, they all
laugh, enjoy the things of life - moments with friends, smile when they receive a gift,

tears when we lose something of value to us ... It turns out we are not so "different."
We are even more resembling than we are different. What would be more important:
all these common features that portray our personality, or the fact that someone is from
another ethnic group or he has a different sort of political affiliation? These differences
are insignificant and people unnecessarily attach great importance to them. Why?
Because they have lost the essential in their lives. This is precisely the idea of the
Brotherhood and the idea of this book - to help each person to regain the essential that
he has lost.
This book came to light in a very natural way. After the appearance of the Sacred Book
of the Black Brotherhood, this is the next book that is published. The chapters in this
book appeared as occult lectures held in front of the Occult School of the Black
Brotherhood. Later they were organized in a book. Here are some logical questions:
what's the difference between the two books? Why does the second book examine
specifically the Seven Principles, and not some of the other aspects of the Teaching?
In the Sacred Book of the Black Brotherhood are laid the foundations of the Teaching.
It is organized from several books of different ages. The texts in it, as in most Sacred
Books, are presented in pure form - the writing is mystical, and for the uninitiated
people, it may sound illogical and meaningless. After a search, re-reading and training
process, the Occult Student, most often with the help of a mentor, can understand the
original text of the Book. The current book, in turn, is written in an accessible human
language so that it can be understood by a wide range of people.
Occult lectures began with the Seven Principles, as they have a high level of
applicability without the need for specialized training. These Seven Principles can be
applied on many levels, according to the individual's personal skills. They can quickly
become tools for changing the reality and the lives of people. They can be used by
Occult Students and Initiated, as well as by ordinary people, who are looking for a
method to improve their lives and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the
Universe.
This is one of the reasons for the publication of this book - in times of change, when
the Universe changes so quickly, one has to make enormous efforts to understand this
change in order to adapt and self-preserve. In this regard, the Seven Principles and "The
Art of Flawlessness" plays an irreplaceable guide and friend.
INTRODUCTION
To understand the Seven Principles and to apply them successfully, it is important to
understand their origin and their place in the Teaching of the Black Brotherhood.
The Teaching of the Black Brotherhood is a whole system with many obvious and
hidden elements. Just as in the human body there are visible, obvious organs, as there
are also internal, hidden organs. If we follow the example of the human body, we can

say that the Seven Principles are part of the body's skeleton. What does the whole
skeleton consist of? Five Elements, Seven Principles, Nine Sounds, Sixteen
Guardians, Twenty-Seven Keys, Seventy-Two Paths, Three Hundred and Sixty
Formulas, and Five Hundred and Four Homes. Each of these "vertebras" is related to
the rest.
The central focus in this book falls on the Seven Principles - a fundamental part of the
Teaching of the Black Brotherhood.
Why the Principles? Why they are not Laws? There is the following hierarchy: with
laws work the average people, with rules – the spiritual, with principles – the divine.
The average person is the one who seeks the material. The spiritual person seeks for
the Hidden. The divine lives with the Hidden, with the Secret Knowledge. The
Principle contains depth and does not imply a penalty if it is not observed. You are the
one, who should be self-correcting, according to your own level of Awareness. An
example of a "principle-rule-law" relationship would be:
Principle: "Be Flawless in the Word."
Rule: "First become Truth and then speak."
Law: "Do not lie."
In these Seven Principles is contain a multitude of coded Occult rules, methods, and
exercises that will be clarified in this book. In order for the reader to become
acquainted with this book, it will be necessary to note that in the book many words
are used with a different meaning than the conventional one. That is why, before we
started with the actual part, we will give some explanatory notes.
The Seven Principles, as well as all other aspects of the Teaching, are inextricably
linked to the Five Pre Elements - Darkness, Intention, Flame, Chaos, and Water. What
is important to specify, is that these are the Elements that formed the entire Universe
(and not only). And the elements of fire, water, air, earth, spirit (in Western teachings)
and fire, wood, water, metal, air (in the Eastern teachings) form only our world.
Therefore, some are elements and the others are Pre Elements. Let us not forget that
the world in which we live is a very small part of the Universe (and only of this
Universe). The Universe we know (or, more precisely, we think we know) is not
composed of fire, water, air or earth, but of Dark Energy, Dark Matter, intergalactic
gases and stars... Here are some words that can provide additional clarity:
Darkness. Before the beginning the Absolute Darkness was everything. The Darkness
is everything that could ever be. Even the idea of time, space or matter was still
nonexistent. The Darkness is Nothingness. Prime Emptiness. The Darkness is an
endless possibility.
Intention. The Darkness vibrates. An initial Impulse. An Intention arises in the
Darkness and turns from total Emptiness into Fullness and folds into Nothingness.
One primal Intention for transition from Peace towards Movement, without it even
exists yet.
Flame. The Intention takes in the idea and direction. The Darkness swallows itself
and thickens into an unreal unit – the Flame. The Flame is exactly the Darkness
thickened, the breaking point and the moment of transcendence from the Hidden to
the manifested. The Flame is the Key of Transcendence. The Great Divide. The Flame
is what stands before every Beginning.

Chaos. The Chaos is the origin of Creation. The Storm that builds and obliterates
Worlds. The Chaos is the primal Motion.
Water. When the Storm of Creation calms down, the Black Water remains – Pre-
Matter. From this Dark Matter, Time starts. From the Water’s vast expanse emerge
forms and space begins…
The Darkness is the Heart of the Ocean. The Intention is a rising wave, and the peak
of the wave is the Flame. The Chaos is the wave crashing. The foam that floods the
coast is the Water.
The Darkness, these are the negative numbers that reach infinity. The Intention is
inertia; the actions are multiplication and subtraction. The Darkness’ Intention
creates the Flame. The Flame is Zero, a natural product of the negative numbers’
intention and a progenitor of all following numbers. From Flames comes Chaos, from
Zero come the creating numbers: One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight and
Nine. Chaos created Water and Matter from Ten and therefrom originate all other
numbers, forms and dimensions.
The Darkness is the original Dark Energy. The Intention is the Dark Energy
compressing into an infinitely small point that is the Flame. It is this point that
creates the Big Bang that is the Primeval Chaos. From this process originates the
Dark Matter we call Water.
The Darkness is the soil. The Intention is the juice that flows from the tree. The Flame
is the roots and the stem – part hidden, and part evident. The branches and leaves are
the Chaos. The fruit that the tree bears is the Water.
Darkness – Intention – Flame – Chaos – Water – Chaos – Flame – Intention –
Darkness. This is the cycle. This is the Serpent biting its tail.”
The Sacred Book of the Black Brotherhood,
Book of the Absolute Darkness - Elements: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15
Of course, the above are just a few examples that illustrate generally what is meant by the Five Pre
Elements. These descriptions and explanations are by no means exhaustive. In the future, there will
be a book, in which one of the central themes will fall on the Five Pre Elements. For now, for a
fuller understanding of the Pre Elements, the reader can read the Sacred Book of the Black
Brotherhood.
There are also many words written in capital letters in this book. This is intentional. When Love is
written, not love, Love is considered as a spiritual principle. Divine Love, not human love. When
the word "word" is written with a capital letter (Word), there are no words or words spoken, but
the Word as the Occult Principle, the divine Word. In many places in this book, there are
references to passages from the Sacred Book of the Black Brotherhood, where many words and
terms are explained in detail. Here we will be pleased to point out only a few of them.
Similarly, there are specific terms that are often repeated. Such as Sharpness, Power, Rightness,
Awareness, Awakeness, and Flawlessness. These four concepts are essential to the understanding,
interpretation, and application of the Seven Principles.
Rightness:

“Fifth came the Snake. And the Snake said: “The third merit is the Rightness.
Rightness is being Flawless in your actions. Only Flawlessness defeats the stronger
enemy. The Flawlessness gives you the opportunity to be in the right place and the
right time. If the enemy is faster, you have to pick the exact moment to counter him.
When you stop him in his tracks, his speed is no longer pure. The single right moment
is more relevant than speed. The speed of the enemy is routine. The moment you
counter him, an Intention appears, and it brings a change in the situation and a
transformation in the enemy. In order to seize the moment your enemy has first to
enter your space. So I cannot bite anyone too far away from me. I have to first let it
near me. When the enemy is stronger, strike his weakest point. Precision beats
prowess. The weakest point is the crossing of his strengths.”

Sharpness:
“The Sharpness is what serves the Great Evil for his Intention to come to fulfillment.
Sometimes Sharpness acts through the Word, and sometimes though Action.
Sharpness is everything useful. The extra cannot be Sharpness. The Sharpness is
extreme alacrity. The Sharpness is when Intention runs not through the Flame but
straight for its aim. In the Intention, there is nothing redundant. Sharpness is like a
river – it flows where there is no resistance and takes over the space sweeping away
everything negligible in its wake. This is the nature of Sharpness. Sharpness is like the
hurricane’s funnel – as it comes down, it swirls around a single fraction until it
becomes an unstoppable force. If the hurricane is attacked by an army, it faces the foe
top-first and sucks them towards its center until they disappear into oblivion
completely. This is Sharpness.”

Power and Sharpness:
“The Pyramid is to overcome your differences and become One. It’s the Path to
Concentration that leads to Rightness. The true Energy gathers in moments of
Rightness. The Power comes from your Ancient essence. Your Sharpness – from the
Supreme Darkness. The Energy flows like the river. The Energy draws to the depths
like the waves draw you into the sea. The Energy is a process of building. A process
that never stops and constantly moves. The Power is Absolute on its own turn. It is not
constant but instant. But in order for it to appear, it has to be built up. Once gathered
the Power is like a striking lightning or the exploding volcano. When the Power
fulfills its purpose, it transforms and vanishes. The conscious Power that is aimed
with the Intention transforms into the Sharpness.”

Awareness:
“ Heed me the third time: The earth warriors work with fear and bravery, but they
are both limited. Bravery deceives you to step forward overconfidently and thus fall
into a trap. My measurement is quite different and its Awareness. It combines fear
and courage in a balanced whole. Through Awareness I sense the flipping of the
wings of the butterfly on the other side of the world. Awareness gives you Awakeness,

Awakeness gives you Attention, and that gives you hyper-concentration for everything
near and far, seen and unseen. Concentration is made by gaze, the motion, and finally
the voice.”
Awakeness:
“Once, Atafari asked the Seekers to bring water from the oasis. At first, they thought
it was an easy task, but every time they fill up the jugs with water the heat would
evaporate all of it before they have reached the Pyramid. They had to keep going back
to the oasis time after time, but the water kept on evaporating. Some of the candidates
decided to stop and take a break. This way they chose the sand over the water. Atafari
told them: “The Disciple’s Path requires full Attention and Awakeness. Awakeness is
day and night without a break even for a second. If you stop even for a single moment,
the discipleship has been lost, and the sands consume you.” Atafari buried in the
sands, those who had lost their Attention, without the right of tasting water ever
again. Few pass that Trial, and they understood – the secret was not the water, but
the constant walking.“

Flawlessness:
“The second step in winning over the Devil is the Voice. You need to clean your
words and thoughts. The Devil does not live in an underground world, but on the tip
of your tongue, awaiting to be called. One wrong word, one rough word, one spoken
or accepted insult, one wrong opinion, one wrong conclusion, one critic and you lose
the Flawlessness. Every word is a holy being and once spoken it starts its own life. If
the word is right, it will move you forward all the way. If the word is wrong, it will
stumble you, and then you will need to spend time getting back up. ”

replied: „The Flawlessness is like a mountaintop. If it is not high enough, the ocean
takes over it.”

“The ideas are the Flowers. The Soul is the fruitful land. The Spirit is the Sun, and the
mind is the weed. When you remove the weed, the Flowers will bloom. But beware not
to remove the Flower along with the weed and if it can’t be saved, uproot them both,
so that you’ll preserve the Flawlessness.”

Aasim said:” The Art of the Flawlessness is hidden in the Seven Principles. They are
the Path to the Rightness. Through the Seven Principles, man leaves the world and
starts travel back to the Homeland.
First Principle: “Be Flawless in your Words.”
Second Principle:”Leave everything that is unnecessary.”
Third Principle: “Turn your mind into a sun.”
Fourth Principle: “Work with what is invisible for the others.”
Fifth Principle: “Take a position before every single moment.”
Sixth Principle: “From the mud bake bricks. From the weeds, ignite a fire. From
the flowers extract the honey.”
Seventh Principle: „Don’t let the dusk cast shadow over your smile.”
Once we have clarified some important concepts, our journey can begin. Know, reader,
that this is an adventure of no return. If you consciously embark on this Path, you will
never return... At first, you will think that you have chosen this Path. Then you will
realize that, in fact, The Path has chosen you, and you just accepted this invitation. In
time you will understand that nobody has chosen anything - The Path has always been
there, you just have never seen it. You will realize that this Path is yours... And there
will also come the moment when the Path will disappear and will be Desert.
This Occult Path will awaken something in you. Something you always had, but it was
hidden from you. This is how you will start searching and searching. You will never
find anything, but you will become part of this search and it will fill your whole life…
If you are not ready for this adventure, better leave this book now and forget about it.

PREPARATION
About the Occult Diaries and how to keep them. How to read lectures and how to
work on them. How to work with the Book and the Formulas.

“The Art of Flawlessness” gives the reader total freedom of action (or inaction), but a
few tips to work with the book would not be unnecessary.
This book can be read in different ways. It can be read at once, as a novel. This will
give the reader a complete overview of the system of the Seven Principles, but will
not allow a thorough work on them. A second method is for the reader to read the
book in a mixed way, as each chapter affects certain problems - in some chapters, one
speaks about the lie, in others about the criticism, in third about the need and the
methods of change... Thus, the reader can take what he needs at that precise moment,
but cannot cover the book in its entirety and see the interrelationships between the
Principles.
The secret to working with this book is methodical, patience and creativity. A good
strategy is to read one chapter at a time - one Principle per month. In this month,
apply the methods and exercises described in that chapter and then move to the next
Principle. The book can be read at once before and/or after applying this "monthly"
methodology.
Another necessary element for work is the Sacred Book of the Black Brotherhood or
also called "the Book". Given that there are references to the Book in many places in
this book, it would be difficult to work without having the full text to acquire the
reader a holistic image of the meaning of the writing. It is important to note that all
the texts quoted in this book are from the Sacred Book of the Black Brotherhood
without being explicitly disclosed. Given that the Sacred Book of the Black
Brotherhood (or still called in the text "The Book") is made up of many books (Book
of the Chosen Ones, Book of the Legacy, Book for the Book, etc.), in this book we are
pleased to cite only the corresponding book, chapter, and paragraph number. This will
make it easy for the reader to make inquiries. Example:
This means that the quoted text is part of the Sacred Book of the Black Brotherhood;
Book: The Book of the Chosen Ones; Chapter: Motion; Paragraph number 16.
Third, it is important to mention, that if the reader does not want to simply read the
book for a purely informative purpose, but wants to work through it and experiment, it
will be necessary to make a special diary, specifically related to the work on the
Seven Principles. In the diary, you can mark all the thoughts and moods that have
appeared in reading a particular chapter. Describe your vision. Every day you will
mark the exercises that are described in the book and how you deal with them.
Monitor your progress. At the end of each month, before you begin to study another
Principle, you may write something like a complete report on your work during the
month and the changes that have occurred. This, at some point in the future, will help
you find the right words and methods to pass on these Principles and pass the skills to
another person who has not yet touched this book. After all, the Sacred Knowledge is
like a river that should not stop flowing. It cannot be detained but should be passed on
to others along the chain. It is this transfer of accumulated experience that is a step
that helps the reader to understand some of the most hidden secrets of the Seven
Principles.
In case you decide not only to re-read, but to study this book, another useful
recommendation would be to find a soul mate - another person who has the same

attitude and periodically exchange experience about his/her understanding of the
book, the accomplishment of tasks, and the approach to the book and other...
Since, quite normal for most people, occultism, and esotericism are distant concepts,
and this book is meant for everyone, it is right before we start essentially studying the
Principles, to give some guidelines and examples of those for whom the occultism is
something new. Examples of how Occult Knowledge is not just an occupation, but is
extremely useful in everyday life and can greatly improve our lives and those of our
loved ones. That is why the first chapter does not start directly with the Principles but

Lastly, it's important to say a few words about the Formulas. In many places in this
book, the reader will find Formulas. The Formula is a kind of thought-form that aims
to direct consciousness in one direction and awaken the Intention. For the uninitiated,
the Formula may resemble some degree of prayer or spell, although technically
neither of them. Prayer implies an unconditional surrender of the situation to the
hands of a higher power that performs the requested one. The spell, on the other hand,
suggests that Adept himself controls the situation. In the Black Brotherhood System,
the way in which prayers, spells, and the Formulas mentioned above are being looked
at is quite different. In the Universe, there are different developments of the same
event. Everything happens at the same time. We assume that what we are trying to do
is happening right now in a parallel world-state, and the Formula we are applying
only directs our minds in that direction by making us achieve the moment of the
already realized event. The Formula is a short and clear text, we express our will with.
This Formula should be repeated the number of time mentioned in the text or, if there
is no indication, repeat it until the Occult Student loses a sense of time. Sample
Formulas: "I'll get better. I'm healthy. I have healed. "I give you my unconditional
Love. I forgive you, forgive me too." For a better understanding of the Formulas, the
reader can read the Sacred Book of the Black Brotherhood - Book of the Chosen
Ones, Chapter Words.
CHAPTER 0: OCCULTISM IN EVERYDAY LIFE
Many are those who seek the occult, the hidden. Many are those who walk the Path.
But few are those who reach. How can we get there? Just by walking in Rightness
through Flawlessness.
Which is the Key to proper walking - the approach and attitude towards things. Occult
- means hidden. The Occult Path, this is the Hidden Path. The one which cannot be seen
with a naked eye. A Path that does not exist until we make the first step on it. The Path
of the Sacred Knowledge lies at every next step in our life. It is never apparently offered,
but everyone has to wish for it secretly in his heart. When a man is no longer content
with the obvious, and seeks what lives beyond the visible; when the man is no longer
content with facts, but seeks to work with principles; when the man seeks, so hard the
Truth - then he is ready to make the first step on the Path that cannot be seen. When the
man is ready, the teacher also appears.

“Many people want to study the Teachings and the Magic Arts and for that purpose,
they read a lot of books. But this way they move away from the essence of the
Teachings, because the books are external Spring, while men should seek into
themselves. The essence of the Teachings is embodied in the Teacher. If there is a
Teaching – there is a Teacher too. The book is an external source, while to
understand the Teachings you must turn inwardly to your essence, in order to take out
your hidden potentials. The books won’t take them out. The Teacher will. The book is
a good means against forgetfulness, but it can’t replace the Teacher. In the teaching
Teacher is the Father, Disciple – the Son. A book without a Teacher creates only
spiritual orphans.”

The reason many people become interested in occultism, esotericism, and magic is that
they want to improve their lives. The interest in occultism itself means a desire for
change and awareness that there is something we lack in our life. There is a lack of
sense in our life. There is no goal that we see as unattainable. Most people pursue
material goals that are achievable. Lives lost in struggles to gain something material,
and if they do not achieve it, they understand that they have not really gained anything
in these struggles. Life is not a struggle. Struggling is the wrong way to see the world.
Every fight is lost in advance. Life is not a struggle, but a chance for Choice. Some
people, however, manage to achieve the material goals and then lose even more and
wonder what to do. They feel that although they bought a new house or a new car, there
is still something they lack. They set new material goals and continue to wander.
Viewed from above, their movements seem chaotic. The purpose of life is to find a
meaning that is greater than you. A goal that is not achievable, and you go all the way,
but not in a chaotic one, but in a straight line to that goal. The goal is not there to be
achieved but to make you get to it. It is not the goal that brings you satisfaction, but the
very aim to it. That's why those who work daily with the work they love do not get
tired, but get charged with energy.
Many of those who deal with occult sciences soon get tired and abandon the occultism,
as they do not benefit from these activities. That's because occult science has been
wrongly applied. Many people want to gain personal benefits and, through the occult,
improve the relationship with their partner, to improve their financial situation, and
succeed in their career... However, something that not everyone can see clearly
happens. The man says, "Oh, Occult Science, fix my life as with a magic wand!" Not
everyone, however, could hear what the Occult Science “says”. The Occult Science
asks: "I shall give you, and what will you give me in return?" The process is two-sided.
We cannot want to get benefits without giving as well. First, we have to give and then
we automatically receive back. But we cannot automatically give. First, we must have
something to give. In order to have something to give, we must improve ourselves, in
an understandable human language: to develop our spiritual essence. To build spiritual
qualities. Awareness, which sees hidden things. Awakeness, that never misses the right
moment to act. Flawlessness, which prevents mistakes. Rightness, that gives freedom
to both us and others. By achieving these occult dimensions, we already have a lot to
offer to other.
If we want to achieve everything, we need to have the right spiritual approach. We can
have access to everything - both spiritual understanding and spiritual strength, as well

as successes in life, in our career, in our family and in everything else. Our attitude
toward things is important and what we put first. Material success can never be our
ultimate goal. It is rather secondary auxiliary phenomena. Material benefits are side
effects of our spiritual work. They are not reasons but only consequences. The purpose
of occultism and spiritual pursuits is the personal improvement and acquisition of
Spiritual Knowledge, not the purchase of a new house. Someone will ask, "But what is
the meaning of all this Secret Knowledge if it does not bring us benefits?" The meaning
of the Sacred Knowledge is not something that serves us, but something we serve to.
The point is to pass it on to others, to live it, to look for it constantly every day of our
lives until we become part of the search itself. Whoever serves the Sacred Knowledge
receives the conditions to be able to develop and continue to serve - everyone gets
enough material things, depending on the mission he is destined to do. So the careers,
the houses, the money, the people around us are the result of our right intentions and
we have to accept what we are given with gratitude.
Whoever walks the Hidden Path realizes with each step the importance of this Path and
understands that he cannot hide it for himself alone, but must share it with others. Those
who are ready to take the first step will listen to its words. Those who are not ready will
not even understand what the words mean. But the Sacred Knowledge is meant to be
passed on. It cannot be given to the wrong ones by mistake, because the Secret
Knowledge knows how to guard itself against the unsuitable and unclean ones. For
them, it only conceals itself and leaves the unclean on the surface, without allowing
them to the depths.
The important thing is to make the Right Choice - what to put at the center of your life?
The Flame (The Secret Knowledge) does not tolerate being a side-job or a hobby, it
does not tolerate being in the background. Once you have chosen the Secret Path, the
Flame fills our heart, and our life has a real meaning. The vagueness in which we have
lived is unveiled, and now we have a clear idea of what we are aiming for and how to
achieve it. All other material things like work, career, property, money, friends, and
others are points on the periphery of the Circle of Our Life. The Flame is the Center. It
depends on us where we will be in this Circle of our own life. That is exactly why, when
a person chooses something material for his purpose, he automatically chooses to be on
the periphery of his own life and acquires one thing, but lose another. He gets closer to
a point on the periphery of the circle, which moves him away from the other points.
The examples are many: someone chooses the profession and the career, and it brings
him failures in marriage and relationships with his children. Another chooses the money
and material benefits and earns a lot of money, but drops his health and then gives the
money he earned to doctors desperately to stay alive... Choosing the Flame (The
Absolute, The Path to the Secret Knowledge) as the Center of our life, we become the
Center of the Circle of our life and everything else is equidistant from us. Then we have
everything we need to go along the Path. By choosing the Flame, we do not lose
anything in our lives but gain a deeper insight into everything: a deeper attitude and
understanding in our family relationships, the work we work on, our health and
everything else... The Path of the Sacred Knowledge cannot to be something for leisure.
This Path is a way of life, a way of thinking, a way of acting. This Path is applicable in
absolutely all spheres of life. Therefore, it is pointless to seek for a great occult secret,
which will correct our relationship in the family or pay us the unpaid financial debts.
What we need to fix is ourselves - to set things in their proper place. Place the Main in
the Center and the secondary things come naturally.

To place the Flame in the Center of our life, we must first choose to walk the Path to
this Center. In order to see where the Center is, we need to open our spiritual sight, and
that is with Awareness. Through Awakeness, we resist not making gross mistakes that
can stumble upon us. With the right action to ourselves and others, we acquire
Flawlessness. In order to develop Awareness, Awakeness, and Flawlessness, the Seven
Principles come to our help. The Seven Principles are not "laws of God", which we are
obliged to obey or otherwise punishment awaits us. The Seven Principles are the
supporting stones, which sustain the Universe itself. The more these principles infiltrate
our lives, the more everything around us will be fixed in the right for us way.
Live every day with gratitude - not to God, not to anyone. Just be grateful for everything
that is and is not. Live every day with a smile no matter how dark it is this day
sometimes. Live with the pursuance of the hidden, the wonderful, and the unknown.
Live without fear and without darkness.

CHAPTER 1: FIRST PRINCIPLE
PART ONE: ABOUT CRITICISM
First Principle: “Be Flawless in your Words.”
Second Principle: ”Leave everything that is unnecessary.”
Third Principle: “Turn your mind into a sun.”
Fourth Principle: “Work with what is invisible for the others.”
Fifth Principle: “Take a position before every single moment.”
Sixth Principle: “From the mud bake bricks. From the weeds, ignite a fire. From the
flowers extract the honey.”
Seventh Principle: „Don’t let the dusk cast shadow over your smile.”
The Seven Principles are linked together and form a unified whole. They are as many
principles (EYE), as well as strategic techniques (HAND). They are also the main part
on which rests the Magical Art (VOICE).
It is precisely the conscious work and application of these Principles that result in the
formation of the Rightness. And the Rightness is what we call the Path to the Flame
(Absolute).

Each Principle contains many rules that have clear and hidden sides. For example, the
First Principle: Be Flawless in the Words, contains in it rules like: Do not lie, do not
criticize, do not abuse words, do not offend, do not vilify behind people, because their
Souls hear everything, be faithful to your words , to keep our promises both to others
and to ourselves. Do not be sarcastic. Do not be angry. Do not curse and swear. The
First Principle has many more details that are hidden, but these are obvious. The First
Principle is all that comes out of us and becomes accessible to the world. The transition
from thought to words. Here we will look at the "do not criticize" rule as part of the
First Principle.
DO NOT CRITICIZE.
How can we protect ourselves against violation of this Rule? Method: Breaking the
connection between thoughts and words.
Occult rule: letting a certain time interval between what comes to mind and the words
we choose to speak.
Let us not forget that we have the function of being conductors of foreign thoughts and
ideas. Not everything that comes into the minds of men is correct and must be spoken.
It's like writing a manuscript on a book and publishing the draft without editing or
proofreading. So, edit your thoughts. Draw them in, judge which are right and can be
spoken, and which are not right and should be silenced. You may also think that they
are right, but now is not the right time to share them. We do not have to think of
something and shoot it right away. Spiritual maturity requires "editing" of thoughts
before "publishing" them. This is one of the methods to protect ourselves from
expressing criticism. If you come close to criticisms, put that occult rule in use. Stop.
Let's wait a bit. Now we come to criticize someone and say something bad about him.
10 minutes. During these ten minutes let's do nothing. Not to do anything but to do
nothing. Active inaction to clear our minds. As we pass these ten minutes, we give
ourselves another longer time window: half an hour to an hour. Then we begin to edit
the criticisms we thought to say: why did these thoughts come to me? What provoked
them? Something personal? What have we not understood?
Someone is doing something wrong and we cannot bear this "injustice," and
immediately as a reflection in our thoughts comes what to tell him to put him in place.
Something hateful to touch and burn. A kind of punishment for his misconduct. These
"penalties" are unproductive because they do not solve the situation, but they create
consequences and a whole cycle of replicas and transfer of responsibilities. It's like
Pandora's Box: once opened, there's no going back. The criticisms we make remain
recorded in the archives of the Universe. To prevent this from happening, we need to
stop and look at the situation in another way, through the Eyes of the Eagle. To
understand what we miss. What is it that we need to see? To see not what the person
says, but the soul of that person. What are his/her hidden desires? Criticism is when we
simply express our displeasure without helping the Soul. We have the right to make a
remark to the person, but this remark must be made at the right time to be well accepted,
just as there is a seed season and a harvest season. The difference between criticism and
the remark is that in the remark we give the key on how to deal with the problem in a
sensible way. In criticism, there is a mixture of misunderstanding and unconquerable
emotions. The remark has love and understanding. We understand the problem, we
know what needs to be corrected, and we know how to deliver it to the person in an

appropriate way without provoking side emotions. The occult remark shows the
connection between the First Principle: Be Flawless in the Words and the Third
Principle: Turn your mind into a sun. This is the principle of the remark: to be like the
Sun, which reaches even the farthest corners of the Galaxy. It reaches everyone. This
remark, made correctly recording the Occult Laws, can completely change a person's
life course.
This is the other key: it is not only what will come out of us as a word, but also what
will come in and remain with the object of our Intention. The important rule here is to
bring the remark with unconditional love and only when the person is ready to listen.
Otherwise, we only waste words, and if he did not hear us the first time, because we
have not selected the correct moment and we have to make the remark a second time,
we are already intruding, which is a fine form of violence... The right remark was
created to correct the absence of Rightness in people and lead them to spiritual
development. The remark is the seed. The person is the earth. For the remark to grow,
the earth must be prepared, or we will only waste the seed. That is why we must first
prepare the person to listen - this is done by directing the Intention, unconditional love
for man. Formulas can also be used. For example: "Aahar, allowed the brother/sister
(name) to accept the river as the sea does." "Brother/sister (name) is the cup and I am
the water." "Brother/sister (name) is the flower, and I am the sun."
Sometimes it is better to let the person be wrong so can learn his lessons and have the
opportunity to learn from his mistakes. Then our remark will appear as salvation. We
may have the right remark on our tongue, but it may not be the right time to say it.
To overcome criticism, we need to understand where it comes from and what the
consequences of its use will be. Criticism is a disagreement with the Universal Order.
The order emerging from the Flame and governed by the One (God). By criticizing
people, we come into conflict with God in man. Awareness is needed to understand that
everything is accurate. The person in front of us is seemingly wrong and mistaken, but
that is the Intention of the One (whether to test him or to let him suffer through
something and thus to grow spiritually).
In this line of thought there are several passages from the Book:
“Do not help. Everything is exact. Facilitate nobody. Tempt the Souls and test the
Spirit.”
Book of the Yellow Spider - The Cobwebs of the Spider: 12
“The people asked Aasim, how they can change the world to a better place. Aasim
replied: „The world is not yours to change. Who has created it, can also change it.
Everything is the way it has been planned.”
“Once, Atafari was walking around with his Disciples. At the square, there was a
man who was recently murdered. Nearby the crowd was preparing to execute his
murderer. So the Disciples asked: “If life is without an end and is just a journey that
would mean that the dead is not dead. So why is the murderer been punished?”
Atafari said: “There is no death, no punishment, and no end. Everything is precise.
Everything is a transformation from one form into another. One has been modulated,
and another has been modulating. When the Sun drays the crops, is it its fault? When

the river overflows its shores, is it its fault? Some modulate with the Awareness, and
some are just instruments of their incompetence. The one that modulates
unconsciously is an instrument that needs to be cleaned and put away just like the one
that is about to be executed. The unconscious takes away one form without being able
to recreate or replace it with other. The process of modulating contains namely these
two steps. The wind first breaks down the tree and then takes down the seeds as well
so new trees can grow. Is it the wind’s fault that the tree had broken down? Is it not
the tree’s fault for letting the wind break it? The wind is only a measure: If the tree
cannot withstand the strength of the wind its only option is to fall out of the way.
Therefore if you don’t want to be modulated, don’t allow yourselves to dry or break.
Be alive, don’t be dry. Don’t stand on the winds way. Can the wind break the sea?
Mankind is still like a tree – it falls down and grows back up again. Time after time.
Only the form is different. I, Atafari, am the Wind that passes through the desert.”

We have no right to criticize; furthermore, it is completely meaningless. Instead,
when the desire to criticize comes from within, we must stop and think, "Okay, I see
the obvious. The person is confused in this and that. Everyone can see it without being
an Occult Student. Let me now try to figure out what I am missing to see before I have
spoken. What would a Black Adept see from my position? What would my Master see?
What would he say? First of all, would you choose to say anything at all? Let me look
for the hidden thing that is not visible to the naked eye. There is a connection between
the First Principle: ”Be Flawless in the Word” and the Fourth Principle: "Work with
what is invisible to others".
In other words, criticism comes from the lack of Awareness and Awakeness. Here
Awareness is the Principal Factor, and Awakeness is the Special Factor. Awareness is
the time, and the Awakeness is the minutes. Whoever does not have Awareness will
always be lost and will have no control over what comes out of him, which words and
all the consequences that come with them. On the other hand, even if you have
Awareness, but you do not have Awakeness, you will hurry and criticize. Then after
Awareness, you will think, analyze, and understand where you have been misguided.
But it will be too late. Criticism has been made. You lost your moment. Of course, it's
better to realize your mistake later than never. That is why it is important for the Occult
Student to keep a Diary of the Principles. Record and then analyze. But how do we get
Awakeness? Changing our attitude towards the Flame. I would not say we have to
establish it above everything else. I would say we have to put the Flame in the Center
of our life. This way we will be equally close to everything and everyone. Who does
not put the Flame at the center of his life, would suffer from an imbalance and there
would always be a shortage in his life. While the Flame is just an activity and a hobby,
Awakeness cannot be achieved. We read wise books, do occult exercises, and
everything is wonderful. Then we go to work, a colleague tells us something outrageous
and we immediately attack him with criticism and accusations. The Flame is at all
times, no matter what we do or do not. We must constantly keep track of our words and
actions. Before you say anything or do something, think: is it right? Does it contravene
the Principles? Whoever has Awareness and Awakeness, becomes considerably more
moderate in his words and realizes their importance. We do need to ask ourselves which
will be the purpose of what we are about to say: do we just say that because we want to

satisfy some of our emotional needs? By dedicating our desires, we plunder the
Intention. We want to say what our soul feels.
This is a pretty selfish position. The right position would be to think about how we
can be useful to the person against us. How we can help grow his Soul. How to serve
the Flame in the human Soul. Here's the Key to Awakeness - Unconditional Love to the
Flame. Unconditional Love to mankind and Souls. If we only talk and criticize, because
this way we satisfy our ego, we take a position like a toddler who wants ice cream from
his parents, they do not allow him, and the child dives on the ground, yells and shouts
to show how he feels and how dissatisfied he is. By choosing to serve the Flame and
the Souls, we occupy a more mature spiritual position of the "parent" who should not
think of what he wants for himself and to satisfy caprices but to do what is good for his
child's health. He has to take care of the child in the best way, no matter what the
circumstances. When you have this parental responsibility, you cannot afford to "sleep"
while your child is making trouble and can be hurt or do something wrong. You must
be Awake so that you do not miss the right moment. You have to think about how to
act and what to tell the child so that it can understand you correctly and not to make a
mistake. As far as Awakeness is concerned, and its role in the non-criticism rule, it only
shows the connection between the Principles. Fifth Principle: "Take a position before
every single moment." Thus the First and the Fifth Principles are connected. There are
connections between all Principles in different combinations, but this is a topic for
another lecture.
Criticism is often not alone but walks everywhere with its comrades - the verbosity
(talkativeness) and the wordiness (inappropriateness). Both are prerequisites for the
emergence of criticism and the destruction of the Flawlessness of the Word. A common
feature of many lost souls is chattiness and idleness. They are afraid to stay alone with
themselves because they have nothing to say to themselves. Whoever seeks the Flame
keeps his words because he realizes the weight of each word. With each word, we make
an agreement that needs to be fulfilled. The persistent treats the words as living people.
He does not waste his words and energy, for it is to serve a higher purpose - to patronize
man. Talkativeness creates bad habits - together with the many words, also sneak in
and many dangers in the speech, which, as they are repeated, turn into mistakes. The
talkativeness is like a fitness bicycle without wheels - we rotate the pedals, we sweat,
we lose energy, but we do not move anywhere. We remain in one place.
A way to deal with talkativeness is by having to listen carefully to everyone and
everything. In-depth listening. Not only the external sounds but the hidden ones, which
remains unspoken. Most people do not bother even to listen to the outer words of others,
they just want to say what is on their mind. So there is no dialogue. Souls do not
communicate. Everyone speaks something for themselves, but there is no contact.
Everyone pours out the accumulated emotional trash without thinking of who will be
cleaning it up afterward. In this connection, interrupting someone while speaking and
intervening in the middle of someone else's conversation is a manifestation of
criticism/talkativeness. People have so much to share – they only need to have someone
to listen to them. From this non-listening, arise most of humanity's problems. Whoever
does not listen cannot understand. Whoever does not understand cannot be self-
corrected and has to learn his lessons the hard way.
Talkativeness is the connection between the First Principle: "Be Flawless in the
Word", and the Second Principle: "Leave everything unnecessary." Those words that
do not reach the goal, and above all are not created to reach the goal, are unnecessary.

Excess creates spiritual disabilities. Wordiness cannot concentrate. It jumps from theme
to theme, comments this person and that person; this event and that event. Thus a person
becomes unmethodical and rarely achieves his goals. Claptrap increases these
disabilities, causing the person to speak for the very talk. In this way, many people meet
with each other just to claptrap. This is the "remedy" for all lost Souls: to be lost, means
to have your back to the Flame, to be with your back to the Truth, and then your life
becomes heavy, full of misunderstanding. The lost soul needs to consume energy to
lighten, and seeks for others like him to talk common tales just for "killing time". It just
happens that time kills them. In claptrap, they lose the pursuit of action, they have
nothing real to do. They lose time, and instead of controlling it and coming out of it,
time subordinates them and traps them. So one day someone wakes up already an old
man, looks back and realizes that he has not done anything significant in his lifetime.
He has just been losing his time in cheap talk. Here comes another key moment to
overcome criticism: pure action eliminates unnecessary words and hence criticism. We
see that someone is doing something wrong and it is coming from within us to criticize
- instead, we can simply act to correct the mistake of the person who is wrong. That's
how the chain is set up. Here comes the following occult rule.
Occult Rule: Our words can correct wrong thoughts in others. Our actions can
correct the wrong words in others. Our Thoughts / Intentions (Formulas and Intention,
Deliberate Thoughts) correct the wrong actions of others.
Here you can observe a connection between the First Principle: "Be Flawless in the
Word" and the Sixth Principle: „From the mud bake bricks. From the weeds kindle a
fire. From the flowers extract the honey." This is the correction of the gaps in the First
Principle through transformation.
When a person gives himself into claptrap, the sacred words retreat, and one loses the
essence. There are people who live to criticize. Or so it seems at first glance. If we
look deeper, they criticize to live. They have become part of the criticism that,
without taking their daily dose of blasphemy and criticizing someone, they cannot
sleep peacefully. It is almost impossible to find such a person who lives criticizing
and to be pleased with his life. People who criticize a lot are almost always constantly
dissatisfied with everything and with everyone, even when they have everything they
need. This is a very dangerous behavior for both them and for others around them. It
is dangerous for them because they are piling up heavy karma in this way. For others
around them, it is dangerous because it acts contagious, so other people are dragged
along as a herd and start copying this behavior because they feel it consumes
accumulated energy, releases it instead of storing it, and thus this person feels relief.
We should observe very vigilantly to not intercept this disease and do not distribute it.
It is very insidious and dangerous. In the above examples of criticism, someone does
or says something we disagree with and we decide to "put him in place" with a strong
criticism. In this situation, we have some stop factors, albeit very small. We may be
shy, we may have awe of this person, and we may be worried about the reaction of
other people who are witnesses to our conversation. In short, there may appear a
bump in the road. This does not help us much because it is a technical stop, not an
aware stop. In this case, we are talking about when someone criticizes a third person
(most often someone absent: this person may be criticizing politicians, a football
team, a person who is not present and many more). Now we have no impulse to
criticize the person in front of us but to join this person’s criticism and make it our
own. Most people join foreign critics because this is the easiest option for them, as the
subject of criticism is most often out of the conversation and cannot defend himself.
The other alternative would be to challenge the criticism expressed by the

interlocutor. This is an example of the connection between the First Principle: "Be
Flawless in the Word and the Seventh Principle: "Do not allow the dusk to
overshadow your smile." How do we not allow the darkness to overshadow our
smile? Through understanding and Awareness. How Is Awareness achieved? Through
silence.
Occult Rule: "Do not absorpt the dusk nor reflect it. Transform it into the Light of
Understanding. The Third Choice. "
What do we need to understand? The fact that people dedicated to criticism are not
particularly interested in our opinion. They do not criticize others to convince us in
their rightfulness. They do it for themselves, not for us. In most cases, our response is
not expected. Even more - we are expected to listen carefully because this is an
opportunity for the critic to appear. This is his theatrical performance and he is
looking for an audience. Otherwise, if there is no audience, to whom will he express
his criticism? If anyone else starts to criticize others, we have to grant him our silence.
Let him talk. Instead of rebuking him for not being right or becoming his choir, we
can make the Third Choice - to give him our smile of understanding. Silence and a
smile. Let us then analyze this person and ask ourselves why he criticized. Where
exactly was his Soul ill? What mistakes he had made to reach this state?
We have already mentioned that, in case of violation of the Rule: “Do not criticize”
(which is part of the First Principle: Be Flawless in the Word), we can correct it by
applying the other Six Principles. It is possible to correct the Rule: “Do not criticize”
with the First Principle itself. This happens by giving ourselves to the Truth. How do
we fight the pressing criticism in this case? Just by telling the Truth. Unadulterated.
Neutral. No personal attitude. No harmful thoughts and burning emotions.
In addition to loquacity and claptrap, criticism has other supporters: slander and
sarcasm.
We often hear someone to slander about a person who is not present at the moment,
thinking that the slandering will not reach this person. But everything is recorded in
the archives of the Universe, and every word is paid. By slander, we make a choice.
An agreement. We agree to see the negative in people. So automatically, if they are
not awakened, they begin to see the negative in us. This is an enchanted circle. That
why there are people who constantly complain, that people are harassing them and
they want to find peace at last... If you want to be "invisible" to the problems, choose
for every single person you know, one good quality of this person, to think about.
This person will also have negative qualities. But we will choose to think only about
the positive ones. This way of thinking makes the "contact". Makes the connection.
Sarcasm is a covert critique. Expression of dissatisfaction. The dissatisfied person has
no right to develop and his movement stops. If you are unhappy, how can you
appreciate what you have? And if you cannot appreciate what you have, how can you
want more? How can you want to move forward? Dissatisfaction is giving in to
desires, namely, they are who divert a person from the Flame. The graceful one
develops Awareness and sees the world in a different way at several levels. He knows
that his desire is not important, but the will of the One, and that without a will, you
can never achieve what you want, and even if you do - it will be poor and will not
give you what you expected.
Another ally of criticism is hatred. Where there is accumulating criticism, a sense of
hatred is formed. And when someone keeps hate in their hearts, he displays this hatred

through criticism directed at the object of his hatred. When we forgive, hate melts and
criticism disappears. To overcome criticism must become incapable of even the
slightest evil and the most microscopic hatred. This happens through forgiveness.
Exercise: We can make a list of people towards which we have experienced dislike
and those who in their own turn have thought us evil and apply the following formula
(3 repetitions): "(Name of a person), I give you my unconditional Love, I forgive you,
forgive me too". We must be consistent and apply the Formula every day and the
effects will be present.
Hate is a defect that is on the surface of the human heart. When a person awakens the
Flame within himself, the hatred disappears. It is forgiveness that is the way to
develop the personal Power. Whoever walks along the Path must correctly apply
forgiveness.
If we want to understand correctly the criticism that comes out of us, it is also important
how we accept it. When we are criticized, we do not have to retaliate and allow a chain
reaction to begin. Neither can we afford to accept criticism in our hearts. Instead, we
must listen to it carefully and understand the message of the Soul of that person, not the
one of his mind. Often someone attacks us sharply and his mind is hostile, but his Soul
secretly asks us for help...
Criticism very often, as we have already said, comes from the ingratitude and
dissatisfaction of those who do not appreciate and do not realize what they have. So
these people start to constantly complain. For them, someone is guilty: friends,
relatives, superiors, politicians, and who else not. Complaining people carry a highly
contagious disease. This disease is very easily addictive and easily attracts the weak-
kneed people and they start to join in and complain. The dissatisfied lose the Path. How
can you be dissatisfied and want to grow spiritually? Everyone wants to improve, but
this happens step by step. Gradually, methodically, with will and understanding. And
with gratitude to all that is offered to us. The following Formula is recommended:
"Ahaar, I am grateful for this day as well." One more day we see the Sun. One more
day we breathe and we are alive. To acquire more, you first have to realize deeply what
you really have. Very often, people even meet themselves "for a cup of coffee" to spread
this harmful disease. The Occult Student should not be allowed to contribute to the
disease. He must avoid falling into the company of eternally complaining people since
they are Souls who have temporarily stopped their evolution and are waiting to be re-
evaluated and distributed. And if someone complains to us, let's face him by telling him
all the things we are happy in our lives. All the things that have happened to us and
which we are grateful for. In this way, we give a personal example, without intruding
and teaching that person, that he should be grateful too.
The "Do not criticize" rule is just one of the Rules that make up the First Principle: "Be
Flawless in the Word." The Seven Principles are inextricably linked. Each Principle
contains several Rules. Overcoming a defect is through the implementation of all Seven
Principles for dealing with a rule, such as "Do not criticize."
Here are some practical ways to overcome criticism:
Preventive actions. Do not let yourself fall into a situation where others are wrong,
just to tell them they are wrong. Instruct them before they make a mistake. A good

shepherd guides his flock skillfully so it never reaches the edge of the abyss. The
shepherd does not let the flock go alone. He goes along with it and teaches it before it
makes a mistake. If we only wait for someone to make mistakes, just so that we can
show to others how much we are doing by criticizing him, this is the Ego rising over
the Spirit, and in the long run, it will cost us a complete failure. Overcoming criticism
always starts with awareness of the spiritual duty we have for humanity. This is spiritual
maturity, leading to Awareness.
Thus, this method of preventive resolution of the problem corresponds to the Fifth
Principle: "Take a position before every single moment." The idea of this Principle is
not to be in the present. Sometimes we are in the present, but we are so committed to
what is happening now that we miss the obvious thing that is about to happen the next
moment. This Principle tells us that we must overtake the moment. Do not allow the
danger to reach us. Problems are best solved before they come to our home. Be awake.
Look at yourself and find out where you can stumble and just take a different path...
Achieving Awareness by analyzing past mistakes and criticism. The way to
overcome a rule is hidden in Awareness and Awakeness. Together, they result -
Flawlessness. Awareness refers to the analysis of the past, and Awakeness to observing
the present moment. First, we have to start working on our Awareness. Let us try to
recall in full any case in which we have criticized someone or he has criticized us. What
was the obvious reason? What was the hidden reason? Why the person felt offended?
Did our emotions keep us from seeing reality? Where are we criticizing someone
because we wanted him or her to correct a mistake, to grow spiritually, or simply
because we wanted to feel better, to stand out in front of others? When we analyze
where we made mistakes by making criticisms, let's try to imagine an example of
alternative scenarios. Someone has made a mistake and we have criticized. Let us now
imagine how we could help him in the right way. How could we make a remark instead
of criticism? When would it be good to do it? Immediately after having made a mistake
or was it better to wait strategically to give the person a chance to become aware of
himself? If the mistakes that have we made with criticism can be corrected, let's talk
again with these people and correct our own mistakes, by bringing things in front of
them the right way. Remark - accurate and constructive. Strategically grounded. Based
on unconditional brotherly/sisterly love. After we analyze why we have criticized
someone in the past and correcting these mistakes, we must not let them be repeated.
The next more difficult step is Awakeness. We have already analyzed ourselves and
our criticism of the distant past, have we understood what has escaped us? We have
developed Awareness. We now remain to be Awake, so that we do not let ourselves be
enthralled and before we think of launching hundreds of criticisms that can bring us
karma, stumble someone in his spiritual development.
Developing Awakeness, by not allowing the compilation of opinions. How to develop
Awakeness? How to protect yourself from reckless criticism? To get the Key to these
issues, let's find out what criticism really is. It is an opinion. A confident, hasty opinion.
So do not be in a hurry to draw opinions. The world is so dynamic, that what seems to
you right now as "white", can turn "dark" tomorrow. What is great today can be
diminished tomorrow. So do not draw your opinion. The drawn opinion is a half-
finished criticism. Every criticism begins its life as a conscious opinion. How can we
avoid creating an opinion? By constantly watching everything around us. Watch
constantly and you will see that everything changes. Perhaps the correct opinion today
will be wrong tomorrow. When someone shares opinions, watch them constantly
without accepting or rejecting the opinions. Do not let others' opinions to yourself, just

allow them to get closer to you, so you can look at them carefully and in detail. But do
not make them a part of yourself. If one criticizes something fiercely, we must
immediately be able to see the other side of the coin. To see and look for the good sides
of what our interlocutor criticizes. Then we have to search for the Third Bank of the
River. The hidden one, the one which is not visible to the naked eye. Occupied with
this search, the making of opinions stays far from us. If we do not make an opinion,
there will be no criticism either.
Method of transformation of the criticism in the search for answers (transforming
communication sentences into questions).
Another method of developing Awakeness and avoiding criticism is alternative speech
or silence. The alternative speech is to transform the communication sentences into
questions. What is criticism? Opinion. Statement of views. A series of communication
sentences. Let's turn this around by asking questions to better understand the person
against us. It is questions that indicate where a person is aiming for. If we criticizing,
there is something we do not understand. This should be made clear to us. We must
realize that we do not understand this person and try to understand what exactly we do
not understand. Our interlocutor has acted in a way which we do not approve and we
begin to criticize. Obviously, the person has had a reason - obvious or hidden,
reasonable or not. We have not understood it. Let's ask neutrally. "Why did you do that?
What made you do that? What is your motivation to do that?" With questions, we are
searching, and while we are still searching, we cannot build our opinions. And there is
no criticism. Criticism is when we do not want to accept something, something we did
not like, and we want to express this dislike. Actually, it is difficult to say that we do
not like something. It is more mature not to take the position: "I do not like it," but "I
do not understand it completely..." This is the technique of "transforming the
communication sentences into questions".
Not allowing criticism and seeking understanding through silence. As for silence,
this is another powerful technique. Someone does something we do not like and we
immediately start thinking of what to say to put him in his place. Let's show who's
commanding the parade. Who's the Boss. The right question is not what to say. There
is a better question: "Is there anything to be said at all?" Yes, if we are silent, our ego,
our mind, will not be able to eat and will remain hungry. There will be no "boss", the
one who commands the parade. Let us know that there is no need to criticize or to put
someone in his place. He is already in "his place". Exactly where he is, and exactly in
that way, with all the right and wrong things he says and does. The One (God) has put
him there for one reason or another. The One is the commander of the parade, not us.
Before we begin to interfere with His thoughts, we have to ask ourselves whether we
really do not miss seeing something in this picture. When we open our eyes and see
that, yes - the person in front of us is confused, but still, everything is right - we
understand, that we do not need to intervene with unnecessary words and this way the
criticism fails and there is no ground for it to grow.
As final words, I will give you one of the most important keys. Whether we try to
overcome the rule of non-criticism or other rules such as "Do not lie", "Do not be
tempted", etc., the key remains always the same - Unconditional Love to yourself and
others. This is the basis for understanding the Rules and the Principles. Another major
key is Awareness of our great responsibility. Although not everyone can reach the level
of Adept in this life, each of us has a great responsibility for the spiritual development
of mankind. Standing in the Dawn of the Sixth Solar Race, each of us has a role to play.

Becoming aware of our personal significance as part of the whole, and realizing our
responsibility, which we bear, largely contributes to a more complete understanding of
the Seven Principles and to the observance of the Universal Rules and Laws. Therefore,
the personal overcoming of some defects is not only personal, but also part of the whole,
because the more we progress, the better we can help the others, and so we all move
forward together as brothers and sisters.

PART TWO: FLAWLESSNESS AND DEFECTS IN THE WORD
First Principle:”Be Flawless in your words.”
Second Principle:”Leave everything that is unnecessary.”
Third Principle:”Turn your mind into a sun.”
Fourth Principle:”Work with what is invisible for the others.”
Fifth Principle:”Take a position before every single moment.”
Sixth Principle:”From the mud bake bricks. From the weeds, kindle a fire. From the
flowers extract the honey.”
Seventh Principle:”Don’t let the dusk cast shadow over your smile.”
“Be Flawless in the Word.”
In the First Principle there are Three Keys: "Be," "Flawless" and "Word".
First Key: “Be”
It is no coincidence that the First Key of the First Principle, the way this whole "chain"
begins, is precisely “Be”. This Key puts the question "who are you". Who are you, who
walked this Path? On the Path of the Teaching and the Seven Principles? Who are you?
You will say a name. But you are not your name. Who are you? You will say what
profession you have, what you are doing. But you are not your craft. Who are you?
Who are you really? How much are you Aware? You will say, "I am a Christian," "I'm
a Buddhist," but that's not you again. These are just labels. The religion does not matter,
but whether the Flame is awakened. It's important how close you are to the Flame, and

not what labels you put on. If you carry a label, you cannot be anything else and there
can be no change. How can you be in Nothingness if you are only "here" or just "there"?
How can you know God if you are with this religion and against other religions? Are
not all religions given for one purpose - to learn to love the One?
This Key implies that you cannot be Flawless, nor have a Word unless you ARE. The
right question is not who you ARE, but whether you ARE. Most people simply ARE
not. When a person awakens and becomes an Occult Student, he begins to Be. It
acquires an identity, while the rest of the people have only personality, no identity. They
do not have a Center. They do not have the Flame. They have not yet made the Choice.
They have not yet reached so far, to be among the Chosen. To "Be" is when the mind
gives way to the Intention, and the Flame awakens.
To "Be" appears after "not to be". First is the Flame (The Absolute). This is
Nothingness. Then, from the Flame, a transformation is made (through the Pre-Element
Chaos) to Water. (See Book of Absolute Dark - Elements). The Pre-Element Water is
the manifestation. Then you're going to "Be". When you move from Zero to the One.
Then we have a transition from the Uncreated to "Be". To "Be" is when you give a new
meaning to your life and you have a mission greater than your own life. To "Be" is like
the first tone of a song. It gives the whole sound and atmosphere. If this tone does not
exist, the following Principles cannot be mastered. There will be no harmony. There
will be no tonality.
To "Be" is when you head to the Flame and turn your back to the shadows. As you
refuse to awaken the Flame in yourself and walk through the Shadows, it always
happens "not to be". You will not have an identity. Continuing to the line "Be Flawless"
we understand the meaning. If we do not "Be" then who is Flawless? First, you have to
"Be".
It is important to understand that to "Be" does not mean to be yourself, but to be the
Flame in yourself. If you are just yourself, your personality, you will be conquered by
your mind, and it will dictate to you what to do. This will spoil your whole life.
To "Be" also speaks of the dream of the whole human race, and that it is about time that
man awoke from this dream and begun to be, the one who he is and not following the
illusions of the world:
“And told them Ahaar: “Our time has come. Our mission has begun. We are
descendants of the Ancient Black Brotherhood. We are the Black Water which shall
overflow the worlds. The Black Brotherhood is united, indivisible and impenetrable like
the Black Water. Here and now starts the wave that shall overflow everything. This
wave is the Black Wisdom which shall travel all over the World. You yourselves are
this wave. Carry the Teachings of the Black Brotherhood everywhere with you. Erase
and sink everything dry. And to the people in which life is flowing – instead of being
dried up by mind, fear, and prejudices – you give the Black Wisdom to protect them. To
save them. But strange thing man is. The human system obsesses him so much that he
completely forgets about himself and his spiritual essence. Nowadays man doesn’t even
believe in the existence of the spiritual. People are born and still, from the beginning
are being thought what they should be in conformity with the society. How to behave in
conformity with the society. What to believe in, conforming with the society. What they
should do in order to be liked by the community. They study in schools and universities
how to be more useful for the society. Start to work a job they don’t like. People think
that they work for themselves. But actually, they work for the society. With the money
earned, influenced by advertisements and other people, they buy things they don’t need.
And man no longer wants to have only the necessary for his life, according to his own
needs. He wants to have the things the others have, to live better than them. He can see

for himself that this is the true, real life and in tough times he comforts himself with the
notion that everyone lives the same way. Then man grows old and before leaving the
material world, realizes that he doesn’t know what comes next and his former self-
confidence fades away. He realizes that the material benefits cannot follow him. He
starts to ask himself whether he was a good man, was he loved, what has he really done
in his life, what has he left. Questions without an answer. These questions are killing
man from the inside and are shortening his short life anyway. He’s got no other option,
but to comfort himself that he’s got children. Animals got it too. Everyone can have it,
but not everyone can create successor. And does he have anything from himself to give
to that successor? Man realizes the deep and dreadful truth that he hasn’t had a
conscious life. He has missed it. All his life he has served the society, which he hated.
Man realizes that he is neither his house nor his car or money. Man is a lot more, but
he hasn’t fulfilled himself. Man is not happy. He doesn’t even remember anymore what
he wanted to be when he was young. When he had strength and energy and was able to
choose his life before the society tightens him up in its deadly grip. To make him think
and fear, and then to blame him and take away his freedom. I’m telling you all this,
cause you’ll have to work with people. Some of them are dry and will be erased. Others
are still alive, and it’s your duty to give them the Truth. The Truth that will protect
them. The Truth that will save them. The Truth that will give them a new life. The Truth
that will give them a new chance. A chance to participate in the building of a New
World. World of Truth. World of the Black Eagle.”

To "Be" speaks of this awakening described above, in which man awakens from the
collective dream of the World and understands that he has lived in illusions. This is also
the Mission of the Black Adepts - to awaken the people from their sleep and to heal
them from the diseases of the mind. It is the diseases of the mind that cause imbalance.
Diseases like fear, misunderstanding, constant expectation and lack of action, criminal
thinking, anger, and criticism ...
Once awakened, it is time to remove the superfluous elements in our Reality, to remove
the illusions of our lives. So what will remain will be Flawless.
Second Key: “Flawless”
Be Flawless, also means "Be God". Be like God. How can you become a god? By
stopping to be just a man of the world. This is by turning off the mind and opening the
door to Intention and your deep consciousness. Namely, ”Be Flawless" tells you not
to be yourself. Do not be the person but be godlike. How do we become Flawless?
Let's translate occultly the very word " Flawless ". Flaw-less. Flaw is to be natural.
Less. To have less unnecessaries. When there is no reproach, there is no one to tell
you a bad word. There's no reason to tell you a bad word. There are no words from
others. Everyone is silent and listens to you. Translated occultly: "He who has no
darkness in his Soul." (To interpret Flawless letter by letter). If we magically interpret
the word Flawless, we will get the following: "God sends Lucifer to bring man to
temptation, and so some will be forever shut in the trap of their mind, while others
will penetrate the essence of the test and will continue to spread Knowledge of men
and they will, in turn, continue this tradition." So everyone will cross the bridge of the
river, into the new Solar Race. Let's explain. F is Father/God, L-Light and A-Asp, W
is the Wave, the movement of Light. In these first four letters, we see how God sets

the mission of Lucifer. God chooses it. God sets the mission of the Serpent to go into
the garden and tempt man to be able to evolve. How else can he get to know God?
Here are the next letters LESS. The Storm of Chaos. It is also the chaos that occurs in
the mind when it encounters the unknown. Some people are completely lost in this
trial and they are shutting down, putting on their lids. From there, there is no way to
evolve. Others succeed in overcoming the Serpent's temptations by penetrating the
essence of the problem (S - spear, a spear that pierces, this is the Sharpness, see the
Book of the Chosen Ones- Sharpness). Those who pass the trial go to the last letters -
NESS. The Secret Knowledge, which God, through the Serpent-Lucifer, transmits to
the man. After passing the trial, man has proved worthy of receiving this Knowledge
and has understood that the idea of the Secret Knowledge is to be passed on to others.
At the same time, man understands that the transmission of Knowledge is connected
with the placement of Spiritual Trials. When man realizes this process of continuing
the occult tradition, we can all together cross the river of time and cross the bridge to
a new dimension - the Sixth Solar Race. The very word "Flawlessness" has 12 letters.
The first four letters are God's purpose. The last four are humanity. The middle is the
way the One (God) communicates with man - through trials. That is why it is said that
God tests the ones He loves. Of these middle letters originates the word exercise.
Exercise is preparation for the Trial. Training for Flawlessness. Another important
thing in the last letters is that when one consciously accepts being taught by the One,
the person will always be surrounded by Light (L). When man does not consciously
take the exercise (E), only the (SS) remains. So begins the word "issue". That's why
many people say they have a lot of issues. Because they do not want to walk the Path
consciously and are still trying to divert. The issue may also be a "cause". The trial
"L" is the reason for a man to have access to the Light of Knowledge. "L" can also be
a "Lesson". So the One gives his lesson - by sending you a Storm to determine who is
worthy and who - not.
Flawlessness is the result of the gathering of Awareness and Awakeness. If we have
to say it in the Hermetic tongue - Awareness is "to know", and Awakeness is "to be
able". (Hermetic doctrine - "Know, laugh, ask, keep silent.")
Flawlessness is achieved when no mistakes are made. To make no mistakes, the mind
must be transformed into reason.
”The third and most dangerous enemy is your own mind. Your thoughts. There is a
difference between thinking and reasoning. The first is wandering, and it calls for
fears, it works with guesses, it lets doubts in, and it stuns your movements. The reason
essentially uses one of its eyes to watch over the path, and it keeps the other eye on
the goal on the horizon. The mind keeps both of its eyes on its own feet, and this is
why every next step of the path is a mystery, and it spikes fear. Thinking and
reasoning go on the same path, but they walk it in a different manner. Walking on a
dark trail in the forest the mind is activated, and it starts to wonder:”What if I get
lost? What if I get attacked by bandits? What If I don’t survive? How would I find
food? I don’t see anything in the darkness! What is that in the distance? What if it is a
beast?”
”The reason does not guess, it knows, and if it doesn’t know – it analyses. The reason
has got into account that it would be on the road and it has a map, so it doesn’t get
lost; it has armed itself in case of an attack; it has taken a light, so it doesn’t get lost
in the darkness. In case of danger, reason knows that there is a chance of being killed,
but it doesn’t focus on that. Rather it focuses on the steps that it needs to take in order

to survive. It gives its best, and it accepts the possibility of failure. The mind
concentrates on the failure and does not give any opportunity for success when not
controlled.”
Book of the Chosen Ones - People: 6, 7
Flawlessness is achieved when it embraces your whole life. It cannot be shown only
occasionally or when it is convenient for you. Life in the Flame is life in
Flawlessness, and the Seven Principles are the guide of the seeker and also form the
Rightness. When the mind is gone, everything will come naturally and with ease. If
there is tension, ask yourself what is happening. Are you deviating and going to make
a mistake? Whoever is constant in the Flame cannot make mistakes. Whoever does
not tolerate deviations from the Principles is in Flawlessness. The Return Point to the
Homeland. Flawlessness is not something that is attained once, and then for life, we
reap the fruits of our labor. Flawlessness is achieved with consistency, and when it is
achieved it must be kept constant because it can be lost at any moment. For our
Flawlessness, we must keep watch as for our own lives. Sometimes even more. We
must direct our Intention to the constant search for Flawlessness at all times.
Exercises for Flawlessness:
1. Let's start by drawing straight angles. Once we are successful, we begin to draw
squares. The next step is to draw an equilateral triangle with a 60-degree angle. The
next step is to draw a circle. We have to draw it until we have acquired perfection.
Another figure we can train is the spiral - clockwise and counterclockwise; out and
inward. All combinations. All exercises described above need to be trained a number
of times - 10, 100, 1000... It is good to train to draw with both hands.
2. Let's write one of the Formulas we train, again a whole number of times: 10, 100,
1000... For example, " Wherever the Flame is, I am there too."
3. Make an occult program: Every day, with no exceptions whether we are sick or
healthy, whether it is a day off or a working day or a holiday. Every day we should do
some occult activity at a specific time. Let's say we choose at 6.00 every morning to
do the two exercises with the drawing described above. Or a Ritual Practice...
4. Another useful exercise is to plant a flower in a pot and take care of it every day.
This presupposes perseverance, and perseverance is a path to Flawlessness.
5. A useful exercise is to practice archery.
6. Exercise for Awareness as a Path to Flawlessness: Read occult books, occult
papers, read the opinions and speeches of different personalities in the occult and
social and all sorts of topics, and take notes, where these people make mistakes in the
Seven Principles and other Occult Rules. Let us, then, as far as possible, trace the
cause-and-effect relationship in the life of this public or other people. Granted error
in a Principle, action or words - what are the consequences? What were the reasons
for the misunderstanding?
7.Exercise for Awakeness as a Path to Flawlessness: A very useful exercise is to learn
to walk along the beam (lever, rope, any narrow surface). Every step is special and
unique.
8. Another Exercise for Awakeness is to walk through the forest at night. There is a
very special exercise. It is the following: we enter the forest during the day. We wait
for nightfall. Then we have two choices: either to spend the night there in the
darkness of the forest, alone or to go back through the darkness without the use of any
lighting. This exercise develops multiple Magic Skills.

Third Key: “Word”
The Word is the voice that begins to speak in you only after the mind is asleep. The
mind cannot bear the Word. The mind creates words, but not the Word. The words are
something that comes out of us but does not necessarily reach the goal. The Word will
not necessarily be through words. It always reaches as a ray of light to the purpose of
its Intention.
It is said that at the beginning was the Word. And what was before the Word before the
beginning? Thus, "to be Flawless" is before each Word. From here we can draw the
Occult Rule: "First become a Sun and then speak." Translated, first acquire the Truth,
become a Flame and then you can talk to people.
From the very order of the Keys, we see that the Word is not the "beginning," but the
result of Flawlessness. This means that the Word is not something that is rightfully
given to you, but it is achieved through Flawless Actions. It is not set in you, and it is
given to you as a gift only when you deserve it. Be Flawless to gain the Word. When
you achieve the Word, you no longer speak from yourself, but from the Flame in you.
The Word is not something you have. It is something that is used if you are a servant
to the Flame. Who Serves the Truth:
“On the fourth day, Akh Tashib came out on the top of the Pyramid. Before the stairs,
there were only a few people. And so Akh Tashib spoke to them: “The Truth does not
offer enlightenment. The Truth does not offer reward. The Truth does not offer food.
The knowledge, the science, the wealth, and all foods are poor and useless without
Truth. The Truth is in seeking not in finding. Those who chose to climb the Pyramid
know this – there is neither glory nor reward. Only suffering and sleepless nights of
searching.”

Exercises for the Word:
(Here are some more external dimensions of the Word).
1. Let's learn by heart the Twenty-seven Keys given in Chapter Keys from the Book of
the Chosen Ones. Let's be able to repeat each of the Keys, all in a consistent and out of
order way.
2. Let's train the storytelling of parables, fables, and fairy tales. Telling parables, fables
and fairy tales to children and sacralizing is useful for both sides.
3. Let's work with our Occult Brothers and Sisters to train short lectures (5-10 minutes)
on topics that everyone has prepared in advance.
4. The next stage of the previous exercise is for everyone to deliver a lecture on a subject
that has not been prepared.
5. Let's find out for every person with whom we have contact, a good quality that the
person has and think about it. Thus we associate with the Souls of Men. It is the
principle of the Word - to be like the Sun.
6. There is one special exercise for the Word: to go to live alone in nature (in a cave,
by a river, in the mountain or a forest). You must have no contact with anybody (either
in person or by any means of communication). For at least three days do not even make
any sounds. Absolutely none: Do not hum, do not sing, do not mutter or speak to
yourself. After the third day, you can start working on Rituals, Magic Words of Power
and Spells, Formulas, Occult Musical Exercises, and more. This exercise unlocks
hidden powers and qualities and gives Magic Power.
