EDUCATION University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI
College of Engineering April 2018
B.S.E., Computer Engineering
GPA: 3.509
M-STEM pre-first year program at U of M Summer 2014
Learned team cooperation and participated in community service and academic skills development.
RESEARCH
Research on Optical Forces in Complex Beams of light Summer 2016
• Sponsored by NYU MRSEC and the NSF
• Developed math and data analysis skills in order to analyze trajectories in the experiment.
• Learned to utilize computer engineering background in research by writing algorithms to fit data.
Research on Phonon Libron Spectra in Hexatic phases Fall 2015 – Present
• Studied how anisotropy affects the solid to Hexatic phase transitions
• Developed Scientific and algorithmic thinking to simulate phase transitions
Research on Active Matter Summer 2015
• Sponsored by INTEL Semiconductor Research Corporation Summer Fellowship
• Studied the phase behavior of active particles and how the particles interact subject to different
driving forces.
Research in Particle Physics 2014-2015
• Analyzed gauge boson decay using root (data analysis framework). In particular
collide 20.3 𝑓𝑏!!
proton bunches and compare kinematic distributions from ATLAS
with Monte Carlo simulations.
VOLUNTEER
