Re: Ayla Williams
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in support of Ayla Williams for employment in your organization. As her
internship field supervisor, I am pleased to support her and verify the high quality of her
performance.
Ayla is a very serious individual with a high level of motivation and academic skills. She
has performed well during her internship with us. In addition to having a good grasp of
the material, she represented herself and our organization well while with the participants
and the community. Her critical thinking and problem-solving skills are also very good.
She is highly achievement driven. She has good work habits and responds well to
supervision. Ayla has good interpersonal skills and is open and agreeable to others. She
also has demonstrated a strong interest in serving a disadvantaged population.
Ayla has demonstrated initiative and has included clinical practice during her internship.
She has gained direct clinical experience working with children, teens, and their
caregivers coping with the death of a significant person in a group setting. These
experiences in addition to her theoretic education in the Bachelor of Social Work
program at USF should lead to success in her professional life.
Respectfully submitted,
Daniel Partridge, MSW
