Welcome to your interface! <ul><li>The interface configuration is a simple process </li></ul><ul><li>It provides with the simple and advanced configuration </li></ul><ul><li>The system could be configured and also changed anytime </li></ul><ul><li>When callers reach your number, they are welcomed by one message and then can be asked to reach the particular phone numbers, people, departments (up to 10 routings) </li></ul>

Greeting messages <ul><li>Axiatel has pre-recorded 250 messages, which could be chosen for the extension options from the drop down list </li></ul><ul><li>Equally the main greeting message and extansion messages could be uploaded in .mp3 and .wav formats into Axiatel interface for the personalised appearance </li></ul><ul><li>Users wishing to professionally record their own messages are welcome to contact Axiatel customer service, who will arrange it for you. </li></ul>
  7. 7. Opening and Closing time configuration <ul><li>Users can set opening and closing times of their lines and to set holidays to inform the callers about your absence </li></ul>
  8. 8. Redirecting to someone else while you are busy.. <ul><li>When one number extension is not available, up to 5 redirection numbers could be added. So that call is never missed! </li></ul><ul><li>When you are unavailable, the callers can leave the voicemail which is delivered to the email at no charge. So, once again the call is never missed! </li></ul>
