1. Improved the staff performance & promote 03 ENT residents to Specialist 2010-2012
2. Decrease the percentage of patients complains from 12% to 03% in the first 05 years (
December 2007- December 2012 ) & 01 % from Jan 2013 to May 2014
3. Increased the patients satisfactory from 65% to 87%
4. Certificate of appreciation from the General Director of MOH Directorate – Patient satisfaction
