Awareness - How do you talk to yourself? What do you say? Where in
your body do you feel your emotions?
Assumptions - What do you believe about yourself and your capabilities?
What are the rules that you live by?
Aspirations - How would you like things to be? What does life look like
when you are living your values?
Acceptance – How do you deal with things that are not in your control
