This is to update you that we have developed and implemented successfully a very cost effective solution to track
the last mile delivery and update the POD using multiple technologies at hand.
This is a very stable solution now on SaaS (Cloud model) and may provide immense benefits to your end customers
/ transporters / service providers. Please go through the last mile delivery approach used for recording the proof of
delivery . The application can do the following:
1. Allows to record the details of item, quantity, consignor, consignee, delivery address, vehicle number/
deliver boy/ courier along with its date of initiating the transaction
2. This intimation is sent to possible stake holders via SMS/email or both .
3. Turnaround time / SLA for individual deliveries is monitored
4. One vehicle may carry one or multiple LR’s for delivery to one or multiple customers
5. Driver or the person at receiving end will have the android application to record the proof of delivery
6. Proof of delivery can be recorded using SMS , can be captured over a snap and sent to central server
without local storage on mobile/PDA . This can be intimated to various stake holders using SMS or email
or both.
7. Reports on the total deliveries effected location wise/customer wise/ transporter wise for a specified date
range can be generated manually/automatically and sent to various stake holders
8. GPS integration with the dedicated vehicle is optional.
Commercial model per customer account may be billed in one of the ways as listed below:
1. Per Docket per month
2. Per location per month
3. Percentage of invoice per month
4. Per user per location per month
