Unlocking Potential: Effective Strategies for a Remote-First Future
Boundless learnings:
● Tools alone are not enough - for example, Donut has been a hit and miss 🍩
● Some people have a much higher need of in-person interaction than others 🤝
● Some people need much more encouragement to partake in non-work activities
during traditional work hours 🤗
● There is still a level of guilt when trying to fully embrace flexibility, we have been
programmed from traditional jobs 🤖
Key takeaways:
● Remote-first is the best version of remote
● Remote-first prepares organisations for
unknown futures
● To do it right you have to be very intentional
● Repeat. Repeat. Repeat!
Thanks for joining us!
