 Enterprise Transformation can be
defined as the fundamental change
to the way an organization
operates.
 It is an approach that attempts to
align an organization's activities
relating to People, Process and
Technology more closely with its
business strategy and vision.
 This fundamental change aims to
meet long-term Organization
objectives.

 Abrupt & Disruptive
 Fast paced
 Radical in approach
 Typically driven Top-down
 Generally implemented as a ‘Push’
 Requires ‘Letting-Go’ of old practices and
Unlearning
 Often discards old entity / process and replaces
with new one
 Often Irreversible change
 Generally centrally managed

sudden change in political
power and political
organization which occurs
when the population revolt
against the government,
typically due to perceived
oppression (political, social,
economic).[1]

language

When Evolution alone won’t help ?
