About Company: - Classic Engineering Works is authorized dealer of Kirloskar generator (sales in India,
Bhutan, Bangladesh & China) & also manufacturing sheets & metals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES :-
2. Completing joining formalities which include documentation, releasing offer letter, appointment
letter, ID Cards, coordinating with bank for account opening etc.
Update database with information of new joinee, taking care of probationary period of new
joined.
Preparing letters & confidential agreements.
Preparing HRMIS report.
To coordinated with reporting managers for attendance & leave records for monthly salary
disbursement.
Preparing & maintaining HR MIS on regular basis.
Taking initiative in opening PF & ESI account of employees.
Negotiating regarding remuneration part with employees.
Interaction with various departments for smooth functioning of business.
Proactive in handling employee grievances. Always respond to their queries & try to resolve
them on the spot possibly.
Determining motivation & satisfaction level of employees through personal interaction &
surveys.
Monitoring & processing relieving procedures & F&F settlement.
Helping the employees to withdraw their PF according the policy.
Issuing different kinds of letters like- Warning letter, Termination letter, Non-Disclosure
Agreement etc.
Handling exit interviews.
Monitoring & ensure timely completion of all statutory compliance within the company like
employment termination.
Provide constant feedback to top management on employee satisfaction & exit interview
survey.
Managing a team of more than 100+ Employee’s. Resolving the issues which occurs sometimes
& bridges the gap between them to accomplish the company goal.
