Bureau of Indian Standards organized a workshop and an aware­
ness programme on Indian standards. Asst.Manager, Shri Sandeep
and team presented a talk on Indian Standards of products and its
importance. S5 ECE, S5 EEE and final year students from all branches
participated in the workshop. The workshop was coordinated by
Asst. Prof. Aju Mohan (Mechanical Engineering).

Winners of BIS Workshop
BIS conducted Quiz competition, discussion, poster designing and some interesting activities. The theme
for poster designing was ‘Swachh Bharath’. In the end of the session they asked questions related to the
talk and the winners received cash prizes.
