Keynote Speaker: Dr. Sudharshan N. Raman
Sudharshan N. Raman earned his Doctor of Philosophy
degree in Structural Engineering from Melbourne.He is
Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering and Built
Environment of Universiti Kebangsaan M alaysia (The N a­
tional University of M alaysia, UKM); the Secretary of
American Concrete Institute, Kuala Lumpur (ACI-KL); a
Member of the Sustainable Construction Materials and
Building Systems (SUCOM BS) Research Group (led by
Prof. M. Fauzi M. Zain) at UKM; and a Committee
Member of the Civil & Structural Engineering Technical
Division of The Institution of Engineers, M alaysia (IEM).
