Meaningful Eating
Concept and Philosophy
As a culture of any ethnic group express the concentration of its
traditional skils, the food culture of the ethnos based on the
manifestation of the impact of the food on the way of thinking,
psychology, philosophy, behaviour and lifestule of the people
that composing the ethnic group.
The Concept
The most important detail of the entire food culture of any nation - is a
conscious eating. If we look closely at the feast of the Armenians, we
can see how eating more dependent on the consciousness of dining
than on the food itself.
The History of Food and Man
Hominid fossils and tools date to 1.8 million years ago and there is some evidence of tools in
Europe as early as 1.2 million years ago. An explosion of hominid remains appears in Europe
about 500,000 years ago.

Understanding the Basics of Natural Nutrition
• A person is formed and sustained by the life not by food, but by spirit. In us is
something completely different than what we ate. We have completely transformed
these things. Inside man there is a transforming power. However, since then this has
been forgotten for several centuries, even millennia. In fact, we build ourselves from
what is above of earth and material.
• Everything that we have in ourselves is not built from the substance of the Earth, but
from the fact that above the substances of the earth - from the spirit.
• For human health and disease, it is absolutely not important to know how much
carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, fat, protein, carbohydrates and so on are food products -
these are abstract concepts. But for the health and disease of man in principle it is
important to know how it is with the vitality of food. So close to each other are food
and poisoning. Most of the diseases are foodborne illnesses, which means that the
nutrition did not pay attention to the fact that the relevant substances should only
come in a certain amount, because they must be processed.
• Man is in connection with nature due to the fact that he perceives nature in a
certain way and unites with what is in it. The mistake is this: a person wants to
learn too much about what he calls "nature", and he wants to follow only nature.
Medieval Armenian doctors said that one should not be a slave of nature; one
must become a hormone progenitor of what nature creates.
• Wherever a person controls life and thinking freely and uninhibited, there he
owes his food to the plant world. Nutrition must take place in such a way that
everything that is synthesized in the plant is again disintegrated in man. The
person becomes internally stronger due to the connection with the plant world.
• Where a person does not permit anger, antipathy and prejudice, there he owes
this food from the animal world. With animal food, he incorporates something
that gradually becomes really alien substances that live in his own life. Animal
food was necessary for man and is often needed today, because a person must
firmly stand on the Earth, he must be fixed in his personal. Everything that led a
person to his personal interests, everything is connected with animal food. Thus,
in some peoples who eat mainly vegetable food, there is a greater propensity to
spiritual, while other people develop more courage, courage, courage, which is
also necessary for life.
An introduction of the digestion
• There is a definite relationship between what is called digestion and what is called
mental activity. In other words: what is digestion in the lower region, the thought
activity in the higher region is.
• A person can organize his meals in such a way that he only needs a short time to
digest food, while another may have a lot of time.
• When we eat, then we, first of all, place food in the mouth. Through the mouth we eat
solid and liquid foods; however in our body we can use only liquids. Therefore, the
solid already in the mouth must turn into a liquid. This begins already in the mouth
due to the fact that on the whole palate and generally in the oral cavity there are
small gland organs that constantly secrete saliva. Food should be soaked in the
mouth with saliva, otherwise they are of little use in the body. This is the penetration
of food by saliva, we perceive as what is called taste. We sense the taste of the
products while wetting them with saliva with the help of a sense of taste. Just as with
the help of the eye we perceive colors, and through the sense of taste we feel the
taste of food. Therefore, we can say: in the mouth food is wetted with saliva and there
it is felt in taste. Together with taste, a person gets an awareness of food. And thanks
to wetting with saliva, it is prepared in such a way that it can be perceived by another
body.
So, you see, from the stomach, after the food is processed in the stomach with
saliva with pepsin, the food enters the intestine, into the small intestine, the large
intestine and so on, and the food gruel spreads in the intestine. If the food gruel
had spread and nothing had happened to it at all, it would have turned into guts
into a solid stony mass - it would have ruined a person. There, with this food
gruel, something else is being done, again thanks to glands.
This gland behind the stomach is the pancreas, it again gives off something like
saliva, and through thin channels it enters the intestine. So, in the intestines, food
for the third time "is saturated with saliva." And the substance that is released in
this pancreas, it even transforms into a person and this more acute kind of
salivary substance that is secreted by the pancreas is called trypsin. They dig a
food slurry for the third time. So, again something new is happening with her. This
can no longer be perceived by the human consciousness in my head, as I have
described this to you for the last time, but what arises out of saliva is now
perceived, its taste is felt that it is felt by the liver and the kidneys think about it.
Consequently, everything that happens there in the intestine is thought of by the
kidneys and is perceived by the liver. This means that there, in the kidneys and
liver, the soul sits, and it perceives, just as a person perceives the head. Only he
does not know anything about this.
So, after the mouth has acted with ptyalin, the
stomach with pepsin, the pancreas with trypsin, bile is
added to the intestine from the liver to the food mush.
And only then the thinking passes through the kidneys.
When the food pulp is thus prepared, four times
"soaked with saliva," only then it passes through the
walls of the intestine into the lymphatic vessels and
from there into the blood. Therefore, we can say: in the
human body there is an extremely complex life
process. From the mouth, until the food gruel enters
the blood, constantly the food gruel is transformed so
that it can be properly digested not only by the
stomach, but by the whole human body.
How body is build
In order to maintain the life process of your body, a person needs: protein, carbohydrates, fats
and salts.
Carbohydrates, they act in such a way that we are shaped in a certain way externally as a
person. They act everywhere, so that everywhere we are formed as a person. And if a person
is organized so that he does not move carbohydrates to the brain, and they are deposited in
the intestines and in the stomach, then the person is destroyed. For example, a hoarse
speech means that this person has something wrong with digestion. He can not properly
digest carbohydrates; they do not enter the right place of the brain. Because of this, he is not
all right with breathing and with speech.Carbohydrates act on our appearance, but their
intention, in fact, is simply to give us a look. They do not give us stuffing. This is done by fats.
Fats, therefore, act in such a way that where carbohydrates build their appearance, they draw
a plan in the air, so that there, in turn, the material comes from fat. Therefore, fat serves to
ensure that we have the right material in us. Only in fat it is expressed in a very special way.
Fats are other substances, in contrast to starch and protein. In plants, fats are less than in
animals. There are so-called vegetable fats. A person needs fats from either the vegetable
kingdom or the animal kingdom, if he needs to eat properly. Consequently, fats are the third
thing that a person uses as food products. Fats enter the intestine and, in turn, are
transformed by what is released by the pancreas, in combination with bile. And there are two
types of substances from fat. One substance is glycerin and the other substance is acid.
Consequently, glycerol and acids, various fatty acids, originate from fats.
Whether you take food from the vegetable kingdom or from the animal kingdom, you eat
protein.
Protein is what, in fact, forms a person, develops it, this is the original, what lies at the basis.
Everything else in the body must first be formed from protein. So we can say the following: the protein
must be from the very beginning, so that a person can arise. If he has too little protein, or if he can not
digest the protein properly, then the lack of protein not only depletes him - that he also gradually kills,
but if a person at some point in his life did not have a real protein at all He would have died
immediately. Just as protein is necessary for the emergence, so protein is also necessary for the
person to live at all. So we can say: he who can not at all digest the protein, he will have death. You
eat protein in an ordinary egg, there you have it as it is, only slightly killed. However, you eat a protein
that enters muscle meat or plants. You always eat your own protein. In the process of digestion are
present and an important role is played by salts.
Only salt, they remain approximately the same, they vary little, in extreme cases, they dissolve, so
that they are made better digestible. However, they remain, in fact, the same as they were used.
Consequently, the salts remain salts. On the way from the stomach to the head salt is formed; The
smallest particles, they go upstairs and the knight transforms into a decreasing force of gravity. And
what arises there, the lungs are transformed into the lightest particles of food that reach the head?
There a kind of phosphorus appears from the food. And it really is that a kind of phosphorus is formed
from food, so that food does not simply rise upward to the head. We salt our food not just because we,
say, get a nice sour taste, but we salivate our niche for the reason that we can think at all. So, if we
must, as a food product, reach the brain, so that we can think at all. Salts are associated mainly with
what our thinking is. If anyone, for example, is so sick that everything that is in the food is salt, he lays
in the stomach and intestines, and does not send along with the blood to the brain, then he becomes

stomach and in the intestine, then the person becomes deaf.
After we digested, in us instead of starch, protein and fats are sugar, dissolved, liquid protein, glycerin,
acids and salts. And what happens to what is now in us? In us is something completely different than
what we ate. We have completely transformed these things. Inside man there is a transforming power.
However, since then this has been forgotten for several centuries. In a real person nothing at all from
terrestrial matter comes in, nothing at all - it's just a delusion. What we eat, we eat just so that we have
an incentive. In fact, we build ourselves from what is above. So all that people imagine is that there is
food in it, and that there food again comes out, and in the interval something remains inside - it's not at
all true. Food creates only an incentive. Everything that we have in ourselves is not built from the
substance of the Earth.
If we take too much food, then the food stays too long inside of us. Then we collect the unnecessary
substance inside ourselves, become full, thick and so on. If we take too little, then we have too little
incentive, and we take too little of what we need, from the spiritual world, from the etheric world.
However, it is so important that we do not build ourselves from the Earth and its substances, but that
we build ourselves from what is outside the Earth. If this is so, that our body is renewed in seven
years, then the heart is renewed. The heart that you carried in yourself eight years ago, it is no longer
in you, it was renewed, renewed not from the matter of the Earth, but renewed from what surrounds
the Earth in the light. Your heart is a pressed light! You really pressed your heart out of sunlight. And
what you took with food, it only stimulated you to make you so condensed the sunlight. All your organs
you build from what is a light-imbued environment, and what we eat, what we take for food, it means
only an impulse.
Everything that I do when cooking, I would have to do in my own body, means I’m freeing my body
from additional difficulties by helping him trough cooking the food. From all these things that I do when
cooking, I release the body, so I then bring the food products into a state in which their body is easier
to digest. Hence, all “raw food eating theories” is nothing but a fantasy.
4 elements defining
Lifestyle and Nutrition
• Four elements were part of the
medieval Armenian philosophy,
cosmology, and food culture and
livelihood in general. It moved to the
legacy of the ancient Greek
philosopher Aristotle, Hippocrates
and Galen.
• Organized around the four elements
of earth, water, air and fire; four
qualities of cold, hot, wet, and dry;
and four physical qualities determine
the behavior of all created things,
including the human body and its way
of life.
It was said that the disease is the wrong course of feelings, and the right feeling first
of all an understanding of flavors and test, and the result is - suitable nutrition.
The theory of conscious eating of Armenians underline that the person becomes
sick as a result of food and is recovering as a result of eating.
During the early Christian period the
herbalists believed that diseases have 2
types: physical and mental.
When gravity enters into force of the light -
beginning mental illnesses.
When the intensity of the light covers gravity
- the diseases of the body wake-up.
During those period was very clear that
physical disease is the result of the moral
illnesses.
It was necessary to achieve self-balance and
harmony with nature to avoid sicknesses.
Emotional imbalance and mental sicknesses can
be corrected by means of a conscious eating,
since the food had a direct impact on the way of
thinking, character and behavior of people.
Hence:
• Water - is defined sense (what we drink)
• Earth - is contributed thought (what we eat)
• Air - is influenced to the courage (which we
breathe)
• Fire - regulates the will and mood (what is
shines)
According to this theory were determined the taste and aroma, the choice
of ingredients and seasonings, place of leaving location and lifestyle, etc.

So, you see, from the stomach, after the food is processed in the stomach with saliva with pepsin, the food enters the intestine, into the small intestine, the large intestine and so on, and the food gruel spreads in the intestine. Carbohydrates, they act in such a way that we are shaped in a certain way externally as a person. They act everywhere, so that everywhere we are formed as a person. And if a person is organized so that he does not move carbohydrates to the brain, and they are deposited in the intestines and in the stomach, then the person is destroyed. For example, a hoarse speech means that this person has something wrong with digestion. He can not properly digest carbohydrates; they do not enter the right place of the brain. So all that people imagine is that there is food in it, and that there food again comes out, and in the interval something remains inside - it's not at all true. Food creates only an incentive. Everything that we have in ourselves is not built from the substance of the Earth. If we take too much food, then the food stays too long inside of us. Then we collect the unnecessary substance inside ourselves, become full, thick and so on. If we take too little, then we have too little incentive, and we take too little of what we need, from the spiritual world, from the etheric world. However, it is so important that we do not build ourselves from the Earth and its substances, but that we build ourselves from what is outside the Earth. If this is so, that our body is renewed in seven years, then the heart is renewed. The heart that you carried in yourself eight years ago, it is no longer in you, it was renewed, renewed not from the matter of the Earth, but renewed from what surrounds the Earth in the light. Your heart is a pressed light! You really pressed your heart out of sunlight. And what you took with food, it only stimulated you to make you so condensed the sunlight. All your organs you build from what is a light-imbued environment, and what we eat, what we take for food, it means only an impulse. Everything that I do when cooking, I would have to do in my own body, means I’m freeing my body from additional difficulties by helping him trough cooking the food.
