• Work process
• We have daily SCRUM meetings (usually 15-30 minutes) using
Skype (part of the team works from home or another location)
• Tools we use
• Visual Studio 2010 & Team Foundation Server 2010

• We had badly configured Team Foundation Server 2010 from the
beginning
• Hard to plan the project using Excel and Project
