This document outlines the East Sea Sword Path training program, which includes warm up stretches and light cardio, basic stances and cuts techniques, and performing the Yedo 2 form. Practicing this program provides benefits such as improved cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, coordination, precision, self-defense skills, self-confidence, concentration, and the fusion of mind, body and spirit. The training is open to all ages from 7 to 80.
