As Credential Trainers we are not dismayed by change, rather we find our hope in
the silver lining . There will be those who react adversely to change by
withdrawing, avoiding training registration, or using sarcasm to deflate their growing
sense of concern. Others will react in a more benevolent manner by asking proactive
questions. They may be hesitant but are still willing to explore and discover the
opportunities that the change has to offer. Your social life and your work life is what
you make it. You all are the cream of the crop among those who have reacted to
change by embracing the opportunity to become Credentialed Trainers.
