size-fits-all intervention or generic intervention.
 They can hinder the ability of teachers to create customized learning
experiences

 Schools that rely on outdated or incomplete data may struggle to make
informed decisions about budgeting and resource allocation.This may
lead to inefficient program implementation which ultimately can diminish
the effectiveness of interventions aimed at improving student
