2. What motivated me?
What motivated me to create this
site, is the willingness to help and
support the new arrival students,
who they have limit English.
Meantime, give a hand the kids
who they struggling in math. Also,
help their parents, and teachers.
Students could use this site to find
an easy, simple exercises to
practice.
3. I found myself excited, and pleasure to spend long time working on the project.
I did the project using HTML and CSS. I did all the work by myself, reading and
get more information from Udacity.com. In meantime I think I need to put more
effort to make this webpage more fun and educational.
Now I feel more confident, and believe with more practicing will get there.
How I went about it?
4. What I learned?
The fact, that I learned a lot:
○ Create Folder and File Structure like: Desktop
portfolio
toplist
index.html
style.css
○ Everything on the webpage is actually a box
○ Boxifying a Design, means how deep you went
drawing boxes around elements
○ Start from big down to small boxes.
○ Use media query to adjust the screen size for
different devices.
○ Searching to find the answer.
5. What I learned?
○ We could have several CSS files or sheets, that would be referenced in
HTML
○ we need to repeat testing and modifying until we reach to what we need.
○ Check website that we interested in, and learn how ppl coded.
○ Still learning how to use Bootstrap. It is a establish framework has a lot of
features
6. What issues I faced?
I found positioning elements very complicated, and challenging for me.
7. What is my plan for the future of the project?
● Finish the site by adding more exercises and word problems.
● Design the logo.
● Add the translation option( at least four foreign languages)
● Add more fun, and greeting elements.
● Contact Math teachers at BHS to get the exact material
● Reach more people in tech field to test and inspect the site
before upload it.
● Develop it, so the site is ready to use for the next school year.
