Tracking emails in Outlook
1. Open the email you wish to track and click on the Track in CRM button.
2. Set what the email is about by clicking on set regarding. By going into More, you are able to
use several options to track your email against.

2. Creating an enquiry
1. Click on the create enquiry button on the top ribbon and choose the kind of enquiry you would
like to make.
2. Fill in all relevant information. If the enquiry is complete, click Save and Complete. If the
enquiry is unresolved, click Save and Close.
3. You can locate any enquiries that you have created under Members+ then Enquiries.
