 Administrative Assistant: Prepared annuity quotes,bookkeeping, tax preparation, helped with sales of annuities,prepared management
for court appearances,customer service.
 Property Management: Helped Manage over 15 properties, bookkeeping, tax preparation, advertising, customer service and basic
supervision of all related operations
Menzies Aviation (Previously known as Aeroground) September 2005 thru March 2010
 Supervisor: Supervising daily CFS Station operations; customer service, call center, data entry; consulting and organizing with customers,
warehouse, airlines, and US customs on freight-related matters; delegating duties, work scheduling, and assess productivity of CFS
agents. Covered many different duties / jobs in absence of Human Resources and Terminal Manager.I had responsibility for direct
supervision of operations and 6 employees. I also helped with loading, unloading of trucks, operating forklifts, building and stacking
pallets for shipping, managing inventory on the dock and making sure all pieces were accounted for.
Expeditors International of Washington March 2010 thru May 2012
 Customer Service Agent for the Transcon Division: Worked on the HPFS and Tradeshowaccount handling all matters from scheduling
the pick up of shipments with customers all over the US, arranging closest trucking company to pick up,updating the customer on status
all along the way, scheduling delivery to final destination and timely invoicing. Making sure the customer was happy and shipments
were on time was my #1 priority. Creating training documents, finding easier, more effective and efficient ways of doing things and
experimenting with newsystems was my favorite part of the job (and was not part of my duties as an agent). Excel spreadsheets and
learning new systems is my specialty.
Stay At Home Mother / Manager of the Household June 2012 – Present
 Most rewarding and hardest job I have had thus far. Cooking, cleaning, scheduling,time management,teaching, disciplining, keeping the
kids (and their friends) alive are just some of the job’s daily requirements.I have learned a lot about myself, and my family over the last 4
years and I wouldn’t trade that for the world, but I am also really excited to get back into the working world and re-create myself now
that my kids are all in school fulltime.

Carroll High School (Southlake,TX) 1998-2002
Participated in the school’s drill team and dance competitions, was on the swimming and diving team, School Yearbook, and was an office aid
/ volunteer.
University of North Texas (Denton, TX) 2002-2003
Worked towards my bachelors in generalstudies and was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.
North Central Texas College (Corinth,TX) 2003-2004
Continued working towards my bachelors in generalstudies with a focus on business but was unable tocomplete my degree.

Skills
Hard working, very organized and dedicated.Project driven, detail oriented,loyal, team player. I am great with problem solving and
troubleshooting, creating trainings and teaching others one-on-one “how to”. I am naturally a “helper” and help everybody I can. I am
efficient in typing, word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google docs, social media.Where there is no structure, I seek to create it.
