agents. Covered many different duties / jobs in absence of Human Resources and Terminal Manager.I had responsibility for direct
supervision of operations and 6 employees. I also helped with loading, unloading of trucks, operating forklifts, building and stacking
pallets for shipping, managing inventory on the dock and making sure all pieces were accounted for.

Customer Service Agent for the Transcon Division: Worked on the HPFS and Tradeshowaccount handling all matters from scheduling
the pick up of shipments with customers all over the US, arranging closest trucking company to pick up,updating the customer on status
all along the way, scheduling delivery to final destination and timely invoicing. Making sure the customer was happy and shipments
were on time was my #1 priority. Creating training documents, finding easier, more effective and efficient ways of doing things and
experimenting with newsystems was my favorite part of the job (and was not part of my duties as an agent). Excel spreadsheets and
learning new systems is my specialty.
Stay At Home Mother / Manager of the Household June 2012 – Present
Most rewarding and hardest job I have had thus far. Cooking, cleaning, scheduling,time management,teaching, disciplining, keeping the
kids (and their friends) alive are just some of the job’s daily requirements.I have learned a lot about myself, and my family over the last 4
years and I wouldn’t trade that for the world, but I am also really excited to get back into the working world and re-create myself now
that my kids are all in school fulltime.
