Our National Security

Fill Skill Gaps at Velocity and Scale/Reduce Time-to
Talent/Modernize and Diversify the Workforce
2. Why ATDM?
• ATDM is a federally funded program designed to recruit, train, and secure employment for our graduates
in shipbuilding industrial base companies. Focused, accelerated, and valuable training in 4-5 critical
manufacturing skills is offered to highly motivated applicants at no cost to our students.
• There are critical skills shortages today in Welding, CNC Machining, Quality Control/Metrology, and
Advanced Manufacturing. A new course in Non-Destructive Testing is opening in January 2023. All
ATDM students earn between 5-10 national skills certifications. Their skills are in very high demand
across the manufacturing industry.
• ATDM is presently offering these skills training opportunities to skilled, motivated, and focused
individuals.
• Transitioning military veterans, separated vets, and current manufacturing industry employees seeking to
broaden their skills are ATDM’s target audience. Focus, motivation, and dedication are the keys to
student success . . it’s what employers expect from our graduates.
• ATDM scholarships are offered competitively. Only the best qualified applicants will be offered
admittance into the program. Be prepared to compete based upon your background and skills.
• ATDM doesn’t merely offer you a job . . It offers you a career that will allow you to rise in the
manufacturing industry as far as your individual talents, drive, and motivation will take you.
• Join us as we build the US Navy of tomorrow today.
