Letter of Recommendation
To whom it may concern,
I first met Anna Baranek in 2010, during a travel documentary shooting in Krakow for a Spanish
TV channel, Canal Viajar. We were both licensed city guides as well as Spanish translators and we
were both chosen to participate in a programme promoting our city in Spain.
My first impression on Anna was that she was a very cheerful and sociable person, always full of
energy, but the feature that caught my attention most was how fluent and correct her use of Spanish
language was and how professional she was at work. I decided to ask her to cooperate with me and
ever since Anna has worked for my incoming tour company in Krakow as a guide for my Spanish-
speaking clients. She has done more than 150 tours for my company over those past 5 years and on
numerous occasions, my tourists have provided me with extremely positive feedback regarding her
work.
Among other highly-valued qualities that Anna undoubtedly posseses, I would like to make a
special mention of her great social skills, her flexibility at work and her perfectionism in every
detail. On many occasions, when the emergency situation required it, Anna was always able to
overcome the stress, make sure that the people she worked with would feel comfortable and provide
them with the best possible alterative. As an employee, I must also point out that she is very easy to
get along with. She's loyal, hard-working and I could always count on her.
I truly believe that the combination of Anna's professionalism, personal characteristics and excellent
language skills, as well as her extended experience in tourism industry will make a valuable
contribution to any business or company she works for in the future. It is my pleasure to
recommend her for any job position she wishes to apply for.
