Client Contract Compliance Policy
The SarbanesOxley Act of 2002 (SOX) establised enhanced standards for all US publiclytraded companies
relating to corporate goverance, internal control assessment, financial disclosure, and other matters. In accordance
with SOX, ManpowerGroup has established certain legal compliance standards.
One of these standards requires all client contracts (except unaltered ManpowerGroup form agreements) to be
submitted to the Legal Department for review. Those who violate this policy may be subject to disciplinary action
up to and including termination of employment.
Please submit client contracts/documents to the Legal Department using the Contract Tracker, an iNet based tool
that facilitates submissions, assignment, and retention of client contracts/documents.
