1970 - … Several short time jobs as a Tour Guide (Hämeenlinna-region, Hetta/Enontekiö,
St.Peterburg, Moscow) and as the Leader of one-week hiking tours on x-country-skis in
Pirkanmaa , South Finland and Russian Karelia (just once there) and week-end walking tours.
1978-… Coach in the Babies, Childrens and Family Gymnastic Groups, occasional or more
permanent tasks. Also ad hoc help for adult groups, all mainly at the Gymnastic Club

updating their Areal Risk Management Plans and provided them the necessary information.
Reported the work for the Häme Manager for futher updating and follow up.
2012-2013 Rejlers Oy, Expert on the Safety-projects (AMV) at the Land Systems Unit of the
Hämeenlinna Works of Patria Oyj, FI. 10 months. Used special Patria-tools for the safety
checking and risk assessment as was agreed with the customers (SWE , RSA) . Made
Machinery Safety- Basic Course material for the Rejlers company. Took part to the

the IMS program. Drew i.a. the process flow charts into the system. Checked the translations
on documents, FIN-ENG-FIN, some were made in China.
2011 College of Forestry, Kuru FI, Teacher for a 2 months course for the second year students (to
become Truc Drivers). Subjects: Physical and Mental Loads, Driving Culture, Customer
Service, Reasons of Accidents, Risk Management, Ergonomics.
2008-2009 Vocational Institute Lappia & Ski College, Muonio FI, 1.5 yrs (3 semesters)
Teacher, worked in English and Finnish. Subjects: Finnish, English, Swedish, German, Arts
and Environmental Matters. Organized excursions to the local Pallas Nature Center, Art
Galleries and to the Laestadius Museum and a local school in Sweden. Tutored also mentally
handicapped students, i.a. Aspergers. A member in the “Student-Matters-Board”. The job did

2006 Ahma Engineers, Kittilä FI Technical short projects for the AgNiCo-Eagle Gold Mine,
2months. First worked at the Kolari-home and in the companys Kittilä-office, then at the site
of the Suurkuusikko Mine. Made an introduction on EU-law e.g. Pressure Equipment matters
to be taken into account. Checked the critical path on the deliveries / orders for the mine.

1999-2006 TheTechnology Industries of Finland (ex. MET), Helsinki and Tampere FI 6.5 yrs
Expert on Machinery and Pressure Equipment (PED) Directives and Standards. Secretary of
the National Standardizing Committees i.a. “Boilers”. Member at the Commission PED-
Advisory Nucleus, CEN-Working Groups and Technical Committees, TUKES- and
ORGALIME-PED-Groups where the Guidelines were discussed and agreed on. Member at the
EU-CHINA-PED-meetings. Organized the translations and updating of SFS-EN (ISO) -
standards and informed the CEN on the errors found in the different language versions of the
PED-standards. Represented and kept the Finnish Industry and related bodies informed on the
EU-level. Took care on commenting and voting procedures with the help of Homepages and
other information exchange manners and the CEN-systems. Lectured at i.a. AEL FI and at the
EU Commission events in Bratislava SVK and Bucharest ROM. Resigned, by herself.

organizing group for international meetings. Resigned when got a new job in Finland.

1992-1994 Technical University of Tampere FI, 2 yrs, Faculty: Occupational Health and Safety
Substituting Lecturer of the HS-courses, also for College Engineers. Tutored students,
organized visits to industry, participated International Seminars as part of her Post Graduate
Studies. Made together with an assistant a TEKES Pilot Study on Hazard Evaluation (HAZOP
and other tools) at the ABLOY Metal Working Company in Tampere.
1991-1992 Jyväskylä Adult Training Center at Viitasaari FI, 1 year. Manager of the WOOD-
Technology-Project. Organized the Project-stand at the Jyväskylä Wood Fair, several Work
Shops in Viitasaari, and a visit to Estonian Wooden Products suppliers. Organized Co-
operation with other Technology Projects in the Jyväskylä and Joensuu area. Closed the
project after the first year because the activities got so low and economy too bad.
1980-1991 Air-Ix Consulting Engineers, Industrial Processes, Tampere, FI. 10 yrs.
Senior Designer. Tasks incl.: Lay-Outs and Material Flow Calculations for the export projects
to USSR, Forecasts of the Energy Consumption i.a of the whole Tampere Region. Consult
tasks for investment projects. Preliminary technical and profitability calculations for
Pirkanmaa area District Heating, Natural Gas and Thermo Oil Networks and Boiler Plants.
Air-Ix went down, some 300 were dismissed.
1978-1980 Adhesives Factory of Kiilto Oy, Lempäälä, FI, 1.5 yrs, then dismissed, work reorganized.
Customer Service and RD-work of the adhesives for wood working industry eg. furniture
factories and manufacturers of wooden boards and boxes. Training was at Rakoll in GER.
HOBBIES: “Keep myself fit” means gymnastics, skiing, biking, jogging long distance, orienteering
(at Venlat/ Jukola), churchboat-rowing (also as the skipper), hiking . Music self- played and at
concerts. Voluntary work where needed. Ready for almost all, even new specialities.
