Social media marketing is the process of
using platforms to educate, promote and
market services, brands, products, contents,
messages to a target
audience/customer/consumer. It involves
creating and sharing engaging, entertaining,
informative, relevant content, interacting with
consumers, followers and prospect customers,
and utilizing the power of social media
networks to build brand awareness, drive
website traffic, generate leads, and ultimately
increase sales or achieve specific marketing
goals.

Social Media Marketing and Pandemic
Social media platforms experienced a surge in usage during and
continue after pandemic as people started using more these
channels/mediums for entertainment, information, service and
connection. Brands have leveraged social media marketing to
collaborations, and user-generated content have become popular
strategies.
Key Components
Content Strategy - It involves planning and creating various types of content such as text, image,
videos, infographics, and interactive elements that fit best with brand message and target audience
Paid Advertising - Social media platform also offers so many different advertising option, such as sponsored
posts, promoted content, and targeted ads, to reach a wider audience beyond current consumers.
Engagement & Interaction - Actively engage with audience with respondent to comments,
messages, e-mail and mentions. Building community and having two-way communication helps
build trust and loyalty.
Analytics & Metrics - Monitor and analyze social media performance and activities by using analytical tools
and insights. This will help to measure effectiveness of specific strategies, and identify successful content and
make informed decision for future optimization
Social Media Platforms - Choose social media platform which is most suited with organization’s
objective and audience. Eg., Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.

english version #StayHome created by agency McCann.
★ It’s 30 second Ad in which show Home as a place with all
beautiful memories especially place you enjoy with family.
