4. PRINCIPLE OF AIR BLOWER:
(Basic Twin Lobe Rotary Air Blower)
It is a positive displacement, constant volume machine which
operates against varying pressure. The Two “8” shaped
impellers which are mounted on parallel shafts, rotate in
opposite direction and with every revolution of the impeller
across the compressor inlet, a definite volume of air is trapped
and carried across the casing to the compressor outlet where
this air is discharged
5. Tri-Lobe Blower:
Airvac manufactures wide range of tri-lobe blower, Tri-
lobe has a new technology having its tip arranged at 120
degrees around the rotor instead of 180 degrees as in twin
lobe. It makes the rotor more stiffer and helps to resist
deflection at any load. This design increases the volumetric
efficiency and reduces the operating temperatures. It has
low vibrations and noise production making it more
suitable for working. All this features make Tri-lobe more
applicable.
Tri-lobe blower has a remarkable features against twin lobe
blowers. Its overall efficiency is high than the twin lobe
blower and it produces less noise and vibration.

10. STRONGER SHAFTS
In Airvac Blowers, we are using CIFG-260:IS
210 Rotors with EN 24 Shafts which avoids
breakage /twisting problems.
11. CASTING MATERIAL
Thickness of each casting material is more
comparable to other available brands in market. This
is why Airvac make Blowers are more sturdy and
reliable and thus more suitable for heavy/continuous
duties comparable to others.
12. HELICAL GEARS
Airvac Blowers are equipped with Helical Timing Gears for
lesser load on bearings, reduce the noise level and thus
reducing the maintenance cost.
Also it helps in power saving by using less energy for same
flow rate
13. ANGULAR CONTACT BEARINGS
Airvac make blowers are fitted with angular contact ball-
bearings/anti friction bearing. This has been done with a view
that only these bearings can handle the Axial thrust as well as
Radial load. They also eliminate the chances of shifting of the
lobes/rotors to either side; hence it reduces the chances of
breakdowns by a great margin.
14. LESS NOISE LEVEL
Noise level of Airvac make blowers is at least 4 db
less due to use of helical Gears. All this, for a better
work environment.
15. ARRANGEMENT OF OIL SEALS
Airvac make blowers, oil seals are placed at a very
prominent place on the side plate. For replacing it, all
you need to do is to remove the pulley and it gets done
in a matter of no time also blowers deliver 100% Oil
free air.
16. TESTING FACILITIES
We also have the completely established testing
facilities as per BS 1571 part-II to test our blowers,
before they are delivered to our clients
