Title: Digitization of Legacy Deed, West Bengal
Client: Webel Technology Ltd., West Bengal Registration Department
Duration & Location: February 2014 to January 2015 at Nevaeh technology Pvt. Ltd.

Brief Description:
This is a local server based project where different types of Legacy Deed document
are digitized in the following procedure.
 Metadata Capturing in three sections using customised software B’zer(Developed
by Nevaeh Technology Pvt.Ltd.).
 Scan those metadata captured document using B’zer/different scanner driver
software (Ex. Paper Steam Capture, Scan All Pro, Scan Snap, Microtech Doc
Wizard, Smart touch, Capture Pro, Capture Perfect).
 Merge those scanned images with the metadata (only for scan using scanner
driver software).
 Quality Control of the scanned images.
 Departmental Certification.

2.  Online upload to the NIC server.
This project runs in 50 different locations, where we have captured more than 1
million metadata and scanned more than 1 crore images.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for guiding my team to successfully runs the project.
• Responsible for prepare different types reports like Daily report, MIS report,
progress report, operator attendance, operator salary sheet, etc.
• Responsible for provide online support to different sites.
• Responsible for online data upload from NIC data centre.
• Responsible for both client and vendor handling.
• Responsible for raise bill.

Client: West Bengal Public Vehicle Department

Brief Description
This is a local server based digitization project where different types of Driving
License, Registration Certificate & Road Permit document scanned using different
scanner driver software (Ex. Paper Steam Capture, Scan All Pro, Scan Snap,
Microtech Doc Wizard, Smart touch, Capture Pro, Capture Perfect) after proper
document preparation, in a proper methodology. After scanning, those scanned
images undergo post scanning treatment and then those images will delivered to
department with proper file naming after certified by departmental officer. We have
scanned more than 8 lakh document.

Brief Description
This is a local server based digitization project where different types of Land Record
document scanned using different scanner driver software (Ex. BCS-2, Paper Steam
Capture, Scan All Pro, Scan Snap, Microtech Doc Wizard, Smart touch, Capture Pro,
Capture Perfect) after proper document preparation, in a proper methodology. After
scanning, those scanned images undergo post scanning treatment and then those
images will delivered to department with proper file naming convention after certified
by departmental officer. This project runs in a large scale in 12 different locations and
where we have scanned more than 1 cores document.
Role & Responsibilities
My main role is to understand the requirements, analyze the various functionality, and
then creates a feasible process and tools (tools are created by software team as per
specification), different types of report (operator productivity, process register,
progress report, operator attendance, operator salary sheet, etc.), both client &

Brief Description
This is a local server based digitization project where different types and size
( A0,A1,A2,A3,legal) of document of Land Record document scanned using different
scanner driver software (Ex. Scan Snap, Microtech Doc Wizard) after proper document
preparation, barcode in a proper methodology. Here we implement image stitching for
document size greater than A3. Those scanned images undergo post scanning
treatment and then images will delivered to department after proper metadata
creation and tagging on images using customized software with proper file naming and
departmental certification. This project runs in 2 different locations and till now we
have scanned more than twenty thousand document.

My main role is to understand the requirements, analyze the various functionality, and
then creates a feasible process, different types of report (operator productivity,
process register, progress report etc.), both client & vendor handling to run this
project and also overcome the constraints arises during execution.

images undergo post scanning treatment and then those images will delivered to
department with proper file naming convention after certified by departmental officer.
