EXPERIENCE
Iris Strategic Marketing | 13309 W. 98th St. Lenexa, KS 66215
Application Support Technician | January, 2016 – August, 2016
I was in charge of the “helpdesk”, which was software offered by a company called Mojo. I would accept
tickets from everyone on staff for SQL and C# debugging. I already had a background in web
development in Visual Basic using asp.net, I became much more comfortable with C# and Jacascript at
this job. I learned Razor, Angular and, Knockout at this job, they were using all of these structural
frameworks.
I managed not only myself but, was in charge of delegating whether or not a problem involved coding
or just debugging. I also was involved in the “sizing” of these projects, which involved helping the
development to decide how long a project would take.
Terra Firma Information Technology | 1221 Hwy 501 Business
Conway, SC 29526
Software Engineer / Project Manager | August, 2013 – December, 2015
Managed myself and, two other software engineers to complete upgrades to current products and new
programs for clients.
Managed and worked with the company’s networking specialist to set up several networks, both for our
company and, at client locations. This included the setup of routers, mainly cisco small business class
routers, Microsoft Active Directory and, DNS. Also setup One-to-One NAT for IIS servers and port
forwarding for FTP servers.
Worked with Equifax and, Transunion on behalf of both our company and, clients (Credit Unions)
to setup a custom program for both reporting client members’ loan history and, pulling credit
reports through a web server.
Worked with the Federal Reserve and Corporate One for the retrieval and posting of Automated
Clearing House files, Draft files and, ATM files. Built a custom “Warehousing” program for the
storage and, future postings of all batch based transactional files using VB.Net and Microsoft SQL
Server.
Worked with the US Department of Treasury to obtain several files for terrorist reporting (OFAC), for
clients. I used these files in a program I solely built to determine if future members to the credit union
or, any person/organization, that was sending or, receiving money to/from the credit union was

associated with a terrorist organization. The program used three separate algorithms to determine how
closely any person/organization’s name was in relation to those in the list, which was updated daily,
from the Treasury Department.
Solely built the company’s Home Banking and Mobile Banking Products, which both worked in
coordination with a cloud web server located behind a separate Firewall from the IIS servers. Both
products allow for balance inquiry, history, Real-Time transfers & future transfers, Loan Applications
and, the setup of mobile and, email notifications to members, the credit unions and, developers (for
error reporting). The Mobile Banking product was built for both Android and Apple stores. The Home
Banking product is a responsive MVC Asp.Net program.
Hague Water | 711 N Lindenwood Drive, Olathe, KS 66062
Sales Representative| March, 2013 – July, 2013
Responsible for following up on leads provided by the telemarketing department.
Traveled to potential customers’ houses to perform water testing on their houses, which allowed me to
push the product (water softening system) on them. Less than 5% of sales came from customers who
did not make a purchase the day of the demonstration, so I had to use hard sales tactics to close deals
same day.
