RECORD
Andrew Ross (“Ross”), CEO, at the head of this team, is an experienced entrepreneur, business consultant and
cannabis security expert with projects across the globe. As a true pioneer, he founded one of the first
cannabis specific security companies in the US and now has over six years of experience in the space.
Currently, he is involved in cannabis security operations in Colorado, Michigan, and California and has written
security plans (both pre and post application) for dozens of clients under multiple regulating agencies.
Prior coming full time with Patriot Shield, Ross was the Director of Sales and Head of Business Development for
Helix TCS, Inc. (“OTC: HLIX”) and all subsidiaries including; Cannabase, BOSS High Level Protection (“Boss”),
Secure Transport Service, and Engeni Digital Marketing. Ross was with Helix prior to the company’s IPO in 2016,
and he helped take them from no revenue to $6 Million in annual revenue when he left the company in 2017.
He led sales and expansion initiatives across several business lines and states, and helped develop and
implement several new business lines and services.
Before joining Helix, Ross founded Boss Security Solutions, one of the first cannabis-focused security firms in the
nation, which was acquired by Helix after only two years in operation. He is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran
with multiple overseas deployments to the Middle East—Iraq and Afghanistan—where the network, skills, and
discipline he uses in business were formed, laying the groundwork for his entrepreneurial career.

SECURITY PHYSICAL GUARDING operations are at the heart of Patriot
Shield. Employing a veteran only guard force with strong
supervision, on-going training, and beyond complaint
procedures.
ADVANCED VIDEO MONITORING services are designed to be
the most cost effective and efficient offered by Patriot Shield
with preventative and reactive measures to greatly reduce
our client’s risk.
SECURITY PLANNING is the backbone of our operations and a
core essential principle of collateral management. We help
our Clients prepare security plans to ensure Property,
Personnel, and Product remain safe.

TRANSPORTATION
GENETICS TRANSPORTATION is required to get the whole operation underway, so
Patriot Shield has made the safe delivery of hemp clones and seedlings a core
focus of spring operations. In 2019, we successfully delivered over 5 million hemp
seeds or starts while tracking temperature, humidity, light deprivation, and even
GPS.
HEMP TRANSPORTATION has allowed the implementation of our
experienced MJ procedures into a vastly larger market
opportunity with virtually identical needs around compliance,
safety, security, and accountability of the various deliverables.
The “UBER” of HEMP LOGISTICS is how Patriot Shield is positioned.
Instead of just providing the actual “trucking,” Patriot Shield also
provides asset management to other trucking partners, allowing
a greater reach and expansion.

CONSULTATION
FARMING operations are supported through several on staff
consultants, partners with global experience, and cost effective
methods of harvesting in mind. Patriot Shield steers our farmers in
the right direction from the very beginning.
HARVEST is the make-it-or-break-it part of the
season that nearly every farmer
underestimates. The Patriot Team has proven
SOP’s to ensure a successful harvest that
maximizes profits for the farmer.
GENETICS are essential to any farming
operation. Through our “Genetics
Transportation” division, we’ve identified the
best providers in the industry which allows us
to connect them with farmers in our network.

HARVESTSUPPORT
FLOWER HARVEST or the 1st harvest, is when Patriot Shield sends our top harvest
consultants to train our Client’s crews on how to identify and harvest the
premium top colas. If dried and processed properly through a Patriot Shield
Warehouse, will fetch the highest dollar of any other hemp product.
DOUBLE HARVEST is a custom approach Patriot Shield
implemented with all of our farmers this year to maximize
potential profits with both the smokable and extraction markets.
BIOMASS HARVEST for extraction and further processing, such as
tinctures and other CBD products, is typically the major pain
point in the process for the industry. Our partnership with
machine harvesting solutions allows our farmers to ensure they
profit from every single plant grown.

WAREHOUSING
SECURE STORAGE and inventory management is a major issue
facing the hemp industry in particular. In response, Patriot Shield is
bringing secure storage services to solve as well as prevent a lot
of the issues at hand.
SECURE TRANSACTIONS at our warehouses across the country allow our
customers to rely on us for handling all product distribution, while maintaining
client confidentiality. Clients also lean on our ability to push sales.
HEMP 3PL or the “distribution, warehousing, and fulfillment” of hemp has been
drastically underserviced until now. Patriot Shield is using its secure warehouses
across the country to implement a true 3PL service for the industry.

DISTRIBUTION
TOLLING arrangements with several labs across the country give Patriot Shield an
easy path to converting hard to deal with hemp biomass, into a less volatile and
more valuable CBD Oil for easy distribution. Patriot Shield maintains control and
oversight on this process until we successfully turn our Client’s hemp, into
revenue.
SALES & MARKETING of our Client’s hemp via a network of
extraction, distillation, sales channels and end users; this is often
through brokerage sales and split tolling agreements to increase
the value of the Clients committed Product.
MAJOR DISTRIBUTION contracts are established to help
immediately place our Client’s hemp into deals. These include
