5. SEML “Attendees”
• Web Application: Requires an internet
connection
• Attendees can scan a QR code to collect POS
materials, or an exhibitor can share materials
via an email push from their phone
• Can be utilized at either item or manufacturer-
level
• Allows attendees to set appointments with
exhibitors or enter contests
• Can host item-level voting for market research
• Great for seminars and attendance verification
• Native Application: Works offline. Only uses
the internet to sync data
• Exhibitor scans badge or business card to
collect attendee information
• Uses surveys to qualify leads
• Allows an exhibitor to select which POS
materials will be emailed post-event to
attendee

8. Surveys
• Numerous Question Types
o Radio buttons, checkboxes, sliders, multiple radio or
slider tables, spinners, date wheels, formatted numeric
entry, text boxes
o Radio (pick one), Checkboxes (pick many) are most
common
• Branching / Hidden Questions
o Previous responses can branch to a specific set of
questions
o Hidden questions can be displayed (“If other, please
specify”)
• Scoring
o Question responses can be assigned a score
o Scores can be used to rank the quality of the lead

attendees

o MIME encoded to allow both HTML & Text version in a
single email
o Get reports via LeadValu admin portal to track who has
read which documents and the last time the document

10. CRM / Marketing Automation Integration
• LeadValu can integrate with a variety of CRM or Marketing
Automation Systems
o Salesforce, Pardot and Eloqua are currently supported
o Any system that allows third-party connectivity via a
REST API is eligible for integration
o Marketing Automation integrations tend to be straight-
forward, CRM integrations are more complex. Call

• Rules-based updates determine how information flows from
LeadValu to the target system
o Update existing entries, or create a new entry
o Control field updating (update only if blank, for
example)
o Complex updates are supported via programming for
custom applications
o Scoring can be used to filter non-qualified leads

11. Email Automation
• In addition to eLit emails, LeadValu can send other email
during or post-event
o Send ‘Thank-you’ emails to all booth visitors, or just
those that do not receive eLit
o Send event notification emails – announce prize
drawings, party invitations, etc.
• Thank you messages, drawing notifications and other emails
give you a chance to re-engage with attendees and reinforce
your messaging
