Implemented registration/printing management system, wireless access and printing for laptops/mobile device,
and 16 camera indoor/outdoor security monitoring system.
Increased circulation, developed Young Adult collection, and improved homebound service by 96%.
Contracted service with local high school, offering automation, delivery, e-content and media, consortium services,
and staff member for one day weekly which provided high school with library services to replace lost ones.
Migrated from Horizon automation system to Serving Every Ohioan (SEO) Consortium on SyrsiDynix automation
system which increase 1 library system to 89 library systems at 201 physical locations across 46 Ohio counties.
Spearheaded Georgia Pines Evergreen project which sought to research possible SEO implementation, resulting
in greater understanding of library system.
Secured “Guiding Ohio On Line” grant which allowed Guiding Ohio members to oversee and offer technology
classes and individual instruction to community.
Trustee for North Eastern Ohio Regional Library System who oversaw numerous projects designed to grow and
expand library services.

Implemented library’s first wireless, multi-floor network along with five desktop computer center lab provided by
grant from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Additional positions include Producer/Weekend DJ for WICT 95.1 FM CAT Country which included producing Carolynn
