Independent business associations from G20 countries formed a coalition named as Business 20 (B20). The coalition acts a bridge between government and business communities of the G20 countries.

It has been playing a constructive role in forums like G-20 (B-20) which has been deliberating on critical issues of global economic and trade governance post the financial crisis. Besides this, India has also joined the grouping like IBSA and BRICS, which again are playing an important role in current global scenario.
CII complements the Government of India’s enhanced engagement with East and Southeast Asia, Africa and Latin America. In recent years, Indian industry too has started taking keen interest on these issues and is looking outward, slowly emerging as one of the significant sources of global investment. CII in association with its partner business associations has formed a Business 20 alliance to feed business inputs into the G-20 discussions on issues which are of direct interest to them.

India’s Trade with GCC in the Age of Covid 19
COVID 19s emergence has tipped the global economic system. Due to the outbreak of COVID 19, the economic structure of the entire planet has been severely destabilized. Global trade has found itself in a perilous position as a result of the lockdown and social distancing measures that have been put in place. It is one of Indias most important trading partners to have a relationship with the Gulf Cooperation Council GCC . Attempts have been made in this paper to explore the pattern and possibilities of Indian trade with countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council GCC in the period of COVID 19. The data from January 2020 to December 2021 was gathered from secondary sources and then analysed. Specifically, this study investigates the impact of the epidemic on Indias aggregate trade with the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council GCC . These findings indicate that Indias exports to the Gulf Cooperation Council GCC are more negatively affected by COVID 19 restrictions than its exports to the rest of the world. Working with data is a challenge for many organizations. Nonprofits in particular may need to collect and analyze sensitive, incomplete, and/or biased historical data about people. In this talk, Dr. Cori Faklaris of UNC Charlotte provides an overview of current AI capabilities and weaknesses to consider when integrating current AI technologies into the data workflow. The talk is organized around three takeaways: (1) For better or sometimes worse, AI provides you with “infinite interns.” (2) Give people permission & guardrails to learn what works with these “interns” and what doesn’t. (3) Create a roadmap for adding in more AI to assist nonprofit work, along with strategies for bias mitigation.

- 2. Introduction • Andrew Blasi, Jr. is a director at Crowell and Moring International LLC, based in Washington, DC. He guides in developing and managing significant, multi-sectoral collaborations around the world. Andrew Blasi’s roles include being a Member of the B20 Task Force on Integrity and Compliance during the Saudi Arabia 2020 host year. The Business Twenty (B20) is the private sector advocate to the G20, representing the entire G20 business community. The G20 comprises the European Union and 19 countries that make up over 80 percent of the world’s GDP. B20 is made up of six task forces handling topics relevant to businesses and provide consensus-based policy development and recommendations. These policy proposals are officially delivered to the G20 leaders during the annual B20 Summit in October 2020. Gathering annually, this year’s B20 in Saudi Arabia will have Women in Business as its signature topic. This includes having a high percentage of women in chairs and co-chair positions and in the task forces, as well as female representation at all B20 global events. B20 Saudi Arabia aims to provide action orientated policy recommendations, building upon many of the best practices put forward by the B20 in previous years. These recommendations will be delivered via a B20 Communique to the current G20 head, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince. The 15th G20 Summit will be held in November 2020, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
