The Romanian cuisine includes both daily dishes and special holiday
meals. The Romanian people being Christian since the beginnings of its
formation, the Romanian Cuisine contains many dishes according to the
season and the celebrated celebration. Romanian dishes are made up of
vegetables, cereals, vegetable oils, milk, and meat and meat products. A
special place in the Romanian Cuisine has its sweets, pies, jams.
Sarma (rolled) one of the most representative Romanian dishes. In

word “sarma” is a Turkish loan (sarmak), where it has the meaning “to
