Strong Features

Prof. Rambow was a wonderful asset in teaching and relating Acct to everyday company for a better understanding of the accounting process.. Cant wait for Acct 2.
Really enjoyed the face-to-face aspect of the class. Professor Rambow is a great and flexible professor, allowing the student to take charge of their personal grades. It
also really helped me understand in depth the accounting process more clearly.
The instructor made the course understandable and was very helpful to students.

The professor was proactive in the involvement not only in class but also online helping students with questions. Mr. Rambow was quick with returning homework to us
and explaining what we had gotten wrong and the reasons why and explained the correct answers. Over all I feel like I have learned a lot from professor Rambow. He
breaks the material down to where everyone can easily understand and grasp the course work.
The teacher was very good at explaining the assignments.
This is my third class with Professor Rambow and he continues to engage students in ways that makes learning fun and exciting. His interactions with the class create an
environment that eases tensions about subjects many of us are scared of such as economics and accounting. His always pleasant attitude and positive outlook are by far
the best part of taking these classes.

Continue to allow Professor Rambow to teach our business related classes!

Strong Features
Learning Accounting will help with finances and other business classes.
The instructor,
The instructor is one of the best I have had. I was scared going in this course, but he gave me confidence and kept me actively engaged which boosted my sudden found
interest in the subject.
The instructor presented the information in a way that made it easy for us to understand.
the teacher
This is my final class with Professor Rambow and as always he was the strongest part of the course. Many of us in the class had fears initially learning subjects like
accounting and economics however Professor Rambow always manages to make the subject matter relatable. He encourages discussion and uses examples from both
U.S. and European companies when explaining concepts.
Improve/Recommend
Great class, great prof. Cant wait to take another class with Prof. Rambow..

Course - Program Comparison Course: ACCT 220 Section: E123 Strong Features instructor Prof. Rambow was a wonderful asset in teaching and relating Acct to everyday company for a better understanding of the accounting process.. Cant wait for Acct 2. Really enjoyed the face-to-face aspect of the class. Professor Rambow is a great and flexible professor, allowing the student to take charge of their personal grades. It also really helped me understand in depth the accounting process more clearly. The instructor made the course understandable and was very helpful to students. The instructor to student interaction. The professor was proactive in the involvement not only in class but also online helping students with questions. Mr. Rambow was quick with returning homework to us and explaining what we had gotten wrong and the reasons why and explained the correct answers. Over all I feel like I have learned a lot from professor Rambow. He breaks the material down to where everyone can easily understand and grasp the course work. The teacher was very good at explaining the assignments. This is my third class with Professor Rambow and he continues to engage students in ways that makes learning fun and exciting. His interactions with the class create an environment that eases tensions about subjects many of us are scared of such as economics and accounting. His always pleasant attitude and positive outlook are by far the best part of taking these classes. Improve/Recommend Continue to allow Professor Rambow to teach our business related classes! Having the course twice a week for 1.5 hrs. N/A none Nothing really, this class was great! :) The was perfect the way it went.

  • 4. Course - Program Comparison Course: ACCT 221 Section: E221 Strong Features Learning Accounting will help with finances and other business classes. The instructor, The instructor is one of the best I have had. I was scared going in this course, but he gave me confidence and kept me actively engaged which boosted my sudden found interest in the subject. The instructor presented the information in a way that made it easy for us to understand. the teacher This is my final class with Professor Rambow and as always he was the strongest part of the course. Many of us in the class had fears initially learning subjects like accounting and economics however Professor Rambow always manages to make the subject matter relatable. He encourages discussion and uses examples from both U.S. and European companies when explaining concepts. Improve/Recommend Great class, great prof. Cant wait to take another class with Prof. Rambow.. Keep the same instructor more classes with Mr. Rambow N/A Nothing, it was a pleasure taking this course through UMUC. There are no recommendations that I personally would make to improve the course.
